This beautiful home is perfect for families or groups of up to 7 guests. It has 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & is just a short walk from the beach. The open-concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen & a large dining room table that converts into a pool & ping pong table.
The bedrooms include king beds, a full-over-full bunkbed w/ twin trundle, sleeper sofa & a rollaway twin cot. Other amenities include a hammock, propane grill, washer/dryer, cable, FAST Wi-Fi.

This home is a duplex, so there may be guests renting the other home during your stay. You also have the option to rent both units if your group would like to do so.
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken.
No local guests. No parking on grass under any circumstances. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.

Driveway Size: Shared driveway. Fit 3 cars on the West side.

$75 pet fee per pet per stay. 4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies.
I am available via the app, but may be slower responding between 11pm and 8am.
Beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and well kept. This home is nestled between the river and ocean, so you have great views a short walking distance away!
Enjoy your own tropical oasis in the back yard including a grill with outdoor seating and a hammock!

Walk to the beach from the house (5min walk) or the river (1 min walk) & relax on the park benches on the river and watch the beautiful boats go by! You can get many places by driving 5-10 mins. The nearest pier is Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier which is 1.6 miles away (8 min. drive via N Ocean Blvd).
Private parking for 3 cars in the driveway. We just ask that you keep your vehicles on your side of the parking pad. All dishes, cutlery and kitchen necessities will be stocked to enable you and your guests to cook full meals. After a full day of fun and relaxation at the beach, get ready for some fun night life at the Pompano Beach Boardwalk filled with restaurants!
Vacation is made easy with this fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath home which has everything you need and more! After a full day of fun in the sun at the beach, shower off in the luxurious showers. Whatever you want to do; go to the beach, ride jet skis on the river, ride your motorcycle, indulge in delicious food, experience it all within a short drive at this one-of-a-kind beach retreat just steps from the ocean!

Sleeps 5. 1 sets of full over full bunkbeds w/ a pull out twin trundle along with a twin rollaway bed in the closet.

-Living Room-
Open Concept. 2 sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa, 55" Fire TV w/ Xfinity Cable Package, Sitting chair & Coffee table.

-Dining Room/ Kitchen-
Comfortably seats 6 at the dining room table
All pots/ pans/ silverware/ cooking utensils/ silverware, glasses, coffee mugs,
DRIP coffee maker, French Press, Pour over coffee, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and large sink
Door leading to the back patio is in the kitchen

-Bathroom 1-
Located in the hallway & also functions as an en suite for bedroom 1. It has a stand up shower, vanity and toilet.

-Bathroom 2-
Located at the end of the hallway next to bedrooms 2 & 3. It has a tub, shower, toilet and vanity.

-Laundry Room-
Washer and dryer are next to bedrooms 2 and 3 at the end of the hallway.

-Backyard-
Fully fenced in with grass and hammock.
Mostly paved back porch with outdoor furniture, a propane grill and outdoor dining area.

-Driveway Size-
Shared driveway. Fit 3 cars on the West side.
The primary mode of transportation when staying at this home would be via a vehicle or the trolley that periodically comes around.

Great Stay!

Communication, location and cleanliness were all amazing. We loved the table that converted into a pool table and ping pong table. The kids had so much fun hanging out the house after long days at the beach, which was a super short walk away!
