Modern, upscale and stylish vacation home! Starting with a private heated pool, hot tub and multiple lounge areas this pristine, brand-new house has all you need to enjoy the laid back Miami vibes. A chef's kitchen with two ovens, a gas range, and a BBQ hooked up to gas, are ready for you to kick it back with your people. Located on a corner lot, with lots of parking, you will be minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. Ride your bikes down the Hollywood Boardwalk and take in the views!

Our guests have pleasantly surprised by how beautiful our property is. We have added beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella for your use. There is also a safe available for you to lock up your valuables. We are always looking for ways to serve you.

This is easily the nicest rental home I’ve encountered. The appliances were all top notch. The bathroom fixtures all high end. The poop and hot tub extraordinary. If you need to be in this area, you need to be staying here!

Enjoyed the property, great floor plan with lots of space with new furnishings! Great location, minutes from the beaches. Highly recommend this rental.

Great Stay!

Clean, well-equipped home in a convenient location. House is spacious and has a nice outdoor area. Owner was very responsive when we had requests. Highly recommend!

Terrific stay

This is a beautiful clean and modern updated home with a nice outdoor space and pool. The neighborhood felt very quiet and we were just three or four minutes from downtown Hollywood and it’s shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental.

Privacy is the issue...

The house is beautiful and clean without a doubt! Had most of what we needed. Even though the jacuzzi didn't work during our entire stay and the water for the entire house was shut off for several hours one day, that didn't bother us as much as the privacy we didn't have. We get that the pool and grass cutters have to come weekly and there's no problem with that, but there was someone or several people stopping by outside EVERYDAY at some point with no heads up from owners. The sliding doors on one side of the house have no covers so we felt like we were being watched always.

Fantastic

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and the pool was warm and great. Beds were comfortable with plenty of towels and beach towels. Close to the beach and downtown area. Also could use the sun shuttle for easy rides. Rosa was so nice and quickly responded to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing home away from home

Let me start by saying that as nice as the house seems in the pictures it is even nicer in real life. The house was clean and neat and very well equipped for a family vacation, it seems like the host Rosi has thought of everything to make it as comfortable as possible , there were games for the kids beach chairs and plenty of towels for even a large family. The host was responsive and answered all of our questions before and after our vacation. The neighborhood was very quite and very close to the beaches. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back again. Just an absolute Gem of a vacation house!!! Thanks again Rosi for all of your help and for sharing this amazing house.
