Steps From the Beach!!!!

Great house with excellent accessibility to the beach and Broadwalk. Quiet neighborhood too!! The hot tub was fabulous!!

Great space and light

Really enjoyed the space in this property and we had a nice family vacation. Good amount of bedrooms and there were plenty of towels and seating for the family to spread out and even work for those that had to do that as well.

Extended Weekend Getaway

We are a group of teachers and spouses fleeing the Ohio winter for some sunshine. The size and location of the house was perfect for us! So close to the beach, Broadwalk, and great restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay

The house was big enough for the whole family from grand parent to kids. Kitchen was well equiped. We wer able to cook whatever we wanted. The eight year old had a great time hunting for lizards in the yard

Wonderful getaway!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this property, and appreciated the updates that were done in the form of the hot tub addition for 2024! The location is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. The proximity to the Hollywood attractions and Margaritaville is very helpful and provides a lot of activities for the family. We will definitely try to return for 2025!

320 Georgia Street Hollywood Beach

Nice a roomy space for gathering. Large spacious kitchen with amenities. Outdoor area was clean and private to gather my family and a couple of friends. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach and not far from food and entertainment.

Exactly as promised

We had a lovely time with some extended family and kids. The house was clean, updated. Needs some mild repairs (cracked floors, etc) but felt luxurious and spacious. The hot tub, patio area, kitchen, and location were wonderful. Valhalla was great to rent from. The boardwalk right there is quiet and safe. It’s a nice distance away from the loud bars and super touristy areas. We’ll likely come back!

Amazing vacation

This property was amazing. Just steps to the beach with terrific views from the upstairs. Home is made for a family vacation. Kitchen is huge and has everything you would need to cook and entertain. A quick trip to the store for a few grocery essentials and we were all set. You can walk to fabulous bars and restaurants when you are tired of the beach. Home feels very peaceful and private. Everyone had their own space. We loved it and hope to come back next year.

Great Location

Property was well kept, clean, and very accommodating! We had a large group and the house had more than enough room for all guests will room to spare. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the coffee maker to a Keurig. We loved the location of the home. Safe and easy to fall into a comfortable state of mind. 1-2 min walk to the beach and out of the larger touristy areas of Hollywood Boardwalk. Spacious gathering areas for the whole group inside and out.

Memorial Weekend

We Loved The House, The House Was Very Clean & Smelled Amazing. All Rooms Are Soacious & All Beds Are Comfortable. Nice Big Private Patio With A Huhe Jacuzzi. There Was Plenty Of Beach Towels And Bathroom Towels Which Were All Very Clean And Looked Like New. Huge Kitchen, Living Room & Dining Room. 1 Master Room With Queen Bed With A Full Bathroom With Shower Plus A Half Bath Downstairs Is A Plus. The Location Was Perfect, Just A Few Steps From The Boardwalk & Beach Less Than A Minute Walking. The Host Was Very Responsive & Sent Me All Info Needed On A Timely Manner. I Definitely Recommend This Home & I Will Most Definitely Book It Again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at the beach. This property is just a few homes from a beautiful quiet beach! However the floor is in horrible shape and NEEDS to be replacedits very cheap and if your not wearing shoes you're going to cut your feet up. There was also no games, beach toys, or other beach activity things that most homes we've visited in the past offer to make your stay more relaxed. We left the two boogie boards there hopefully some can enjoy. Also the bed in the bigger main room is a sound like a squicky dog toy every time you move just an fyi

Would recommend!

Great neighborhood. Plenty to do in the area, plenty of resturaunts with-in walking area, and a great but calm nightlife. There was alcohol on the Broadwalk, but it was a very gentle family safe attmosphere; no loud or crazy people, well patroled, and calm enough for children to be around (but obviously use your own discretion when it comes to what you want your children to be around..but the children I saw with their parents seemed to be having a fun, but child appropriate time). The house was great, and was only a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. We were very happy with our stay, and the only thing I found "negative" at all was the fact there was only one tub out of the four bathrooms. Don't get me wrong, the showers were large and very nice...I just missed having my baths at night! Overall, great place to stay!

Good and Not So Good

As to the question of whether we enjoyed our stay, I’d say yes and no. The house was clean, beds were quite comfortable, and some of us enjoyed a four person bicycle ride on the broad walk. However, on the negative side, upon arrival, the instructions were wrong together into the house. Also, there were no instructions for the televisions, the disposal didn’t work, some kitchen drawers were broken, and there was a leak on the ceiling in the kitchen. Although most of the negatives were small, it did not help us have a good time. Of course the rain didn’t help! So all in all, it was a mixture of good and bad.

Great Location- steps to the beach

Close to beach is why we chose this property and we were not disappointed! Walked 1/2 block in bare feet to the sand.The beach and Broadwalk exceeded our expectations. Huge fenced patio with new clean hot tub, grill and seating areas were a favorite space. Plenty of room for family of eight to sleep and hangout. Thoroughly enjoyed our week. A few finer details: Floors could have been cleaner. Several damaged floor planks in kitchen/dining area. Items that would have been handy include knife sharpener, spray cleaner, dish cloths/towells, beach cups/coolers.Toilet paper and hand soap provided but no starter toiletries. Don't leave any open food on counters or may attract tiny ants.Twin bedroom was small for two teenage boys. Only one extra blanket in house. One guest found king bed uncomfortable, the rest of us were satisfied. Plenty of clean bath and beach/hot tub towels (a big plus). We left our new beach chairs and umbrella for next guest to enjoy. We ubered from FLL and utilized grocery delivery so car wasn't necessary. The Broadwalk offers plenty of good restaurants and shops where you can buy almost any necessity for a price.(sunscreen, food, drinks, beach items). We certainly would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and property was great! It was steps from the beach, clean and the property was well represented in the pictures. We had everything we needed to cook. We had one unforeseeable issue during our stay and management was very responsive.My only suggestions are minor. It would be to have a carpet at entry door to help remove sand and maybe a bucket next to the water hose to dip feet. We left an inexpensive cooler behind as it was handy to have. It would be nice to have chairs for 8 (their were 5). An umbrella that could be taken to the beach would also be nice. The one provided was broken.

320 Beach House - Great stay!

Kitchen, dining 1/2 bath, 1 bedroom with bath and living on the main floor were spotless! Upstairs the 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms were just as clean. Overall one of our best stays for Mother's day. The one exception of maybe a dirty mop having cleaned the floor so there was a fishy smell when we first walked in which dissipated once we aired out.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time, and LOVED the hot tub addition, using it every day that we were there, and we love being only two blocks away from the beach! Please change your instructions to show that trash pick up is Monday and Thursday, not Tuesday and Friday. Also, we had to buy hangers, therefore, please provide hangers in all of the closets. One other thing, I tried contacting the property management three times with a question before we arrived, and no one ever responded back to me. Otherwise, we had a great time both last year and this year!Thank you!
