Good stay

The property is beautiful and offers amenities that are family friendly. Check in was a little difficult- the code for entry was not received in the time listed. A call to the manager was necessary for entry. The property manager was responsive, apologetic, and accommodating. The rental is located in a good neighborhood but adjacent neighborhoods are rough. That being said the house was set up with security to make sure you and the items you came with (car) were safe while on the property. We used the backyard features to enjoy some family time. The fireplace was a great time with family and we appreciated that convenience. The wooden table is probably due to be replaced soon due to rot. The kitchen was completely updated and stocked with anything you may need to cook a meal. The master bed was really uncomfortable and caused some body soreness for us old people but the kids said the couch and the beds in the 2nd room were very comfortable. We had a hard time getting hot water for the showers. To be fair though, we did not contact the property manager about this and I’m sure it was a quick fix if we did. Overall a great stay. A close ride to the beach and local venues worth seeing and experiencing!

Great little place with Hot Tub

The house was great and pretty much as described when we checked in. The hot tub was a great addition each night we were there. We had to add a little bit of water when we first arrived, but everything else was perfect. Communication by the owner was quick and excellent. and we even got a couple of visits by the neighborhood peacocks!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved the hot tub and how updated the kitchen is! I wish the bathroom counter was bigger and there was a dresser in the bedroom for my personal stuff. Other than that, it was perfect for our stay! I would definitely recommend.
