The front desk agents are so helpful. 2 guys checked us in and out they both have an amazing personality. After traveling with kids and delayed flights it was nice to meet nice people at check in.

Quick stay before a morning flight was a perfect location. Great shopping and dining right there, would love to go back again. Accommodation was great, comfortable bed, easy parking, nice staff.

Extremely clean hotel with friendly staff and loved that they accepted pets. Walking distance to Dania Pointe and lots of restaurant's, stores etc that I really didn't need to utilize my car unless i really wanted to. Easy access to the highway and definitely would stay there again.

The property is conveniently located off I95. The breakfast is great. However the gate to the parking needs to be reconsidered. Room card doesn't work and there is no staff at the desk at night to help.

I felt as if I was misled when the property advertising shuttle to and from airport and cruise terminal and I assumed it meant free but the shuttles were expensive. It cost $16 each to the cruise terminal, approximately 10 min away, which seems expensive to me.

Property was great for an over night stay. It was very close to good restaurants and shops (within walking distance) . Discovered another area while on the airport shuttle which is a little further. Bathroom becomes a little cramped but workable. Would like to see more fresh fruit and non pork options on the breakfast menu. Staff was very pleasant.

We like this hotel. The fitness center is clean and spacious. it faces the swimming pool that I can see my family while I exercise as well. :) breakfast is delicious, pool is great, location is convenient. There is shuttle from hotel to airport (free), to cruise port (need to pay extra). The staff is very helpful! Big shout-out to ALLER, JOEHAN! We ordered a princess close for my daughter from amazon to use on the cruise but it delayed and arrived at the hotel while we already left the area. Joehan made extra efforts to help us return it to UPS. We really appreciate all, it is not their job to help a customer who has already left, but they simply are nice and kind people. We will highly recommend this hotel to you if visit fort lauderdale.

The pull out bed was super uncomfortable. The mattress on the pull out had stains underneath it. They also could leave extra blanket in the room for the pull out couch bed. The check in staff was nice. The staff for breakfast was very rude to everyone. Also, it would have been nice to have flavored coffee creamer. The coffee was extremely cold and I came down for breakfast at 7:00am. It would have been great if the Hyatt house had more of a selection of medication to buy. I stayed at the Hyatt House last year and it seemed to be cleaner and nice than the Hyatt Place. We only stayed one night and the price we paid for one night was a little high in my opinion. I did like that the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom. At least I could get ready while someone else took a shower there was only one outlet by the sink and my plug kept coming out of the outlet. It wouldn’t hold it so I could straighten my hair. I also went to the bathroom by the swimming pool and there was NO toilet paper. The water there was so yellow too. I gave my son a bath and the water was extremely yellow. Yuck. I guess for one night it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved our stay. My favourite part was the front desk team, they were all very pleasant to deal with. Especially the lady on May 9th morning, very accommodating and offered an early check in. The free rides to the airport were also a nice touch. The ride was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean & had smart TV. Would definitely book again!

The young man was terrific that was working the front desk. We got to check in early and he gave us all kinds of options to see and do. If we ever return to Fort Lauderdale this is our place to stay.
