I have never had worst experience at hotel then I had the Hyde I will never go back there again, they have this key system that never works for the room and I’m go back forth to the front desk trying to get my room to open, there customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life from the receptionist to the manager.. The valet huge mess.. never go to the Hyde

Where do I start my check in lady was ghetto and rude then I get locked out of my room two different times so I had to go back down stairs and let them know I requested a ocean view I got a partial refund and ocean view then at 5;00 am I get a notification that my card was trying to charged in additional 3 hundred something which my bank sent me fraud alert when I went downstairs too express my stay the same lady was there again trying to talk over me when I was trying to explain my problems and concerns I called to speak to a manager and I was told he’s in a meeting I’m Not happy right now

The building is only seven years but hallways and rooms are already worn out. The dresser in our room had broken drawers. Kitchens cabinets doors were not closing properly. We were downgraded without any prior notice so it was a big surprise. Not pleasant 😕

Nice amenities with a great beachfront location. Only criticism is that it is VERY hard to get in touch with the front desk. I needed to contact them for various reasons before, during, and after the stay. Sometimes I was holding for more than an hour and was bounced around numerous times to different departments. Maybe they need more staff.

This property was very average. We had an oceanfront room and got what we paid for although it was on a low level so there was some noise at night from the restaurant below. The elevators take waaaay too long. The pool and pool staff was nice. The Terazzo restaurant was very good although a bit pricey. Valet parking personnel were great but not enough room in front when arriving due to the driveway setup. Overall average stay. Not a place for those seeking spectacular but not bad either.

Not child friendly. Can't play with a soft beach ball at the pool area or anything for the matter making it difficult to entertain kids. Also the beach area closes at 4:30 which is ridiculous.

Staff was very nice and helpful! The oven didn’t work, they were very quick to look at it but then nobody said anything or acknowledged we were without an oven. we had bought items to bake prior to knowing. Certainly not a huge problem just a minor inconvenience

This property exceeded my expectations. However the lack of hospitality and rudeness from front desk staff needs to be addressed. A property of this caliber should have their staff more customer service friendly. They don’t smile or greet guests during check in/check out. Or, during any interactions. Elevator wait times were not really an issue. However it would be better if the one that was not operational was fixed. Overall a good stay.

The experience was horrible, the staff hardly spoke English and the service was terrible. The elevators were a nightmare you had to wait over 20mintues for one to be available and a few times only the staff one would be working and when you got on the workers were annoyed and they bought on these big containers so the guest weren't able to get on. it just was terrible. I had to beg for towels for a room that could accommodate up to 7 to 8 people we had 6 and we had to beg for towels to take a shower. it really wasn't a good experience at all. I would never go back or recommend it.

Beautiful building and great beach. You would think that was enough but, we spent way more time than should have waiting for an elevator. I mean 10 or more minutes each time! On a high floor so the stairs were not an option. Parking / restaurant and pool were on different floors so an elevator was needed for those as well. Very noisy building due to poor insulation. Could hear constant banging and whistling from plumbing in walls, as well as the conversations of our neighbors. No nearby shopping and few walkable restaurants. Resort restaurants were good but very expensive. Had good things going for it (like an incredibly comfortable bed) but all were ruined by the lack of enough working elevators and the constant noise. Resulted in a frustrating trip.

If you like waiting 20 minutes for your elevator this is your place!! Or take the stairs to the 28th floor! No beach chairs available for guests. Mandatory valet but your car isn’t there when you ask for it. Read the reviews before you stay

The property is nice but they have rules for how far up you can move the chairs on the beach. The service for requesting extra towels etc was terrible. No one ever came. Elevators weren’t all working so the wait to get down was long. Bldg has 44 flights so it’s too much to walk down. The parking garage system was great. You scan your ticket and the text when it’s ready.

Booking this property was easy so that was good but upon arrival it was very very busy and the check-in process took almost 40 minutes because of the valet and parking and the fact that valet was the only half to park in the front counter person was only one person so we had to wait quite long. And there were no cards we had to ask for a card they provided us one we finally parked the car with ballet and went into a room. Our room had a big crack in the ceiling and the oven didn't work and there was a bug in our room. It was not the quietest because of the room next to us kept playing really really loud music so that was a little challenging to get peaceful relaxation. The balcony furniture was completely torn apart and definitely needed to be replaced. The TV was not working we had to call maintenance but they were not available at the time we checked in so we had to wait the next day to watch some TV. So we weren't able to make dinner how we would like. Upon checking out we asked to use the same cart and the front lady had the most horrible attitude and she said that we needed our ID I didn't have the ID I did have my wristband from the room she said she couldn't help me and she got very nasty with me and stormed out and asked one of the guys at valet to help me and he grabbed the card for me and I told him I didn't need his help I just need the cart and he stated I didn't need an ID and I just grabbed the card and went upstairs and we checked out. The weather wasn't the best the hot tub wasn't working. Definitely not worth the money we didn't have the best experience here.

One of the most horrible check ins of my life. 90 minutes, then told our room still not ready until 6:30pm. Place was not designed as a hotel-elevators a nightmare. Food outrageously expensive. Tiny sign designates hotel guest/owners. Furious people everywhere. Overwhelmed employees either teary or angry. DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was anticeptic but spectacular view.
