Love the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk? You can’t get much closer to it than Green Trance at the Art Deco Beach Bungalows. This studio bungalow sleeps four guests and is 1 block from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk, with the ocean views and sea breezes to prove it!

One of the best features about renting this bungalow? One prime parking spot is included in your reservation total (value of $25/night).

INSIDE THE BUNGALOW

This studio bungalow sleeps four, with two queen beds in the main living area and a leather futon. Watch your favorite shows before bedtime on the 55” Sony TV.

A convenient desk with two chairs is ideal for checking emails.

The tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower.

While there is not a full kitchen, you will have access to a full-size Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator with built-in ice maker and cold water dispenser, Frigidaire microwave, and Keurig K-cup coffee maker.

With a spot this close to the beach, you’ll appreciate the supply of beach goodies, including beach towels and a Sportbrella or beach umbrella. All other towels and linens are provided, too!

Additional parking lot space is available for $25/night. However, space is extremely limited, so be sure to let us know well in advance if you’d like to purchase a spot.

LOCATION

You can’t get much closer to the Beach and Broadwalk than this -- 1 block from the action. The Art Deco Beach Bungalows are also just a few yards away from Sun & Fun Cycles, the fabulous Taco Spot, Florio’s of Little Italy, and the City of Hollywood's Charnow Park. Not to mention the sand, surf, volleyball net and cabanas of Hollywood Beach!

Adventure lovers: Hollywood Jet Ski is a short 10-minute (0.5 mile) walk to the north.

There are events aplenty at your doorstep here! Check out the free concerts at the nearby outdoor Hollywood Beach Theater, located at Johnson Street and the Broadwalk (just a 3 minute walk to the south), five nights a week. Concerts are scheduled at 7:30pm to 9pm, weather permitting.

Music and dancing under the stars is held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, plus The Broadwalk Friday Fest and Saturday's Bandstand.

On Sundays, you will also find open Josh’s Organic Garden Market with organic fruits, vegetables from a local farmer -- a 14-minute walk south. Get there early for your pick of fresh produce and juices from the Juice Bar.

We had a wonderful time. Great location, steps to the boardwalk and beach. The unit was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed of or week stay. We were able to make coffee, and had a toaster oven and microwave and full size referigerator which made it easy

Great location 1 block from the beach, very clean inside, accurate listing would stay again

This property is 1 block from the beach includes a few beach chairs with 2 umbrellas however the chairs could definitely use an upgrade and the umbrellas were broken, also has beach towels for an added bonus overall would stay again.. full size fridge with ice machine is great...would be nice to have a cooler for the beach though very safe area lots of restaurants and bars ...tiki bar next door is wonderful

Great Location...

Great Location, and would be a five star if we hadn't lost hot water. Lock codes for the door were a challenge, that is it didn't work with the first code sent to me. No silverware, but had dishes/cups/etc..

Room is as advertised in the pictures. Great location steps from the beach. Clean room. Only suggestions are no place to hang or store any toiletries in the bathroom And the refrigerator made some odd noises every hour or two( I think the ice maker not being hooked up). Otherwise fine place to stay and worth the reasonable price to stay given the location.

Great location, great time. Recommend for Hollywood, FL stay.

Property as description. No surprise. Make sure you find the parking space for the unit you rent. Parking on the street in front of the unit got us a $45 ticket. Owner should put a picture of the parking lot in the listing.

Great location, horrible keypad.

The location is great- just steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Actually getting in the door was the problem. The key code didn't work. We called a representative and that person read me the directions that I had already followed. Ended up using a key from a lock box, which was far easier.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and nicely appointed room. Very comfortable beds and quiet inside and out even in such a festive location. We were very happy during our stay and would only suggest the coffee maker had a few starter coffees and the maintenance staff needs to have all maintenance performed when guests are checked out and not assume they can just let themselves in to do routine tasks out of respect for guest privacy and security.

Hollywood Beach Stay

The property was great and was accurately represented in the advertisement. It was literally a minute's walk to the beach. We had an issue with the entry code (my fault) and customer service was very responsive and helpful. The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars is because the floor seemed to be covered with a film, as if it was cleaned but not rinsed. We did not feel comfortable walking in our bare feet. Also, the linens on one of the beds appeared to have not been laundered.

I stayed her 6 years ago and now again, however this time was horrible. The mattress on one of the beds is broken. I slept in a hole pretty much. My back is killing me. The bathroom slider barely closes, the beds aren't good at all. The last time I was there the AC broke I was 2 days without AC now my back is broken

Bed bugs

We realized there were bed bugs during our stay. We contacted the property manager 4 times before being told pest control would be out the next day. We were also provided the wrong code for check in which was quickly handled unlike the bed bug situation. We packed our bags immediately and went to a hotel after requesting our money for the remander of our trip be refunded, which has yet to happen. I hope they truly had pest control there before the next renters checked in as we ended our stay early here.

Wouldn’t do it again . Took over a hr to get a code to get in room after many codes didn’t work and found bed bugs on one of beds we didnt use . They never told us where to park but had free parking so we parked in front of our room and got a 40 dollar ticket . After complaining they never responded to our concerns and was left helpless. Never will I go to this property again and Vrbo left a bad taste in my mouth after we even contacted them over this .

Great Location

We stayed two nights at this location. It is a block from the water and near restaurants along the Broadwalk. A perfect location for walking over to the beach each day. The space is just fine. The refrigerator is quite large. There are plates, bowls and cups, a coffee maker, small microwave and toaster oven. There was no silverware at all - so be sure to grab some plastic ware if you want to eat in the room. The bathroom is updated and nice, but it has the only sink. Parking was easy and we had no problem identifying the correct place to park. I was concerned after reading the other reviews. The biggest issue is that the key code for the door does not work. We called and they tried setting a new code but it wouldn't work either. They finally gave us the code for the emergency key and we just used the key for access during our stay. Given how many reviews said thesis an issue, I was amused that the management company seemed shocked we were having trouble with using the code to open the door. There is a review that mentioned bed bugs so we did a thorough search before we brough our stuff in. The beds were completely clean of any signs of bugs and we had no issues with bugs of any kind. We would definitely stay here again for a short visit to the beach! Just know that you will likely have trouble getting in the door and plan for that delay.
