Tons of space with large private/fenced back yard, big green space & grill, washer-dryer: all for your own personal & exclusive use. Walk two blocks to public beach, pier, boardwalk, nightlife & amazing restaurants. Surf, boat, fish, swim in the ocean. Two luxurious & clean bedrooms & two baths, + pull out queen sofa bed. Bright sunroom eating area. Bonus Ping Pong game room!

    Deerfield beach's best location! Vacation all day; walk 2 blocks to the public beach, 1 block to the intracoastal, walk or fish on the famous Deerfield Beach pier, soak in the sun, play in the sand, ride the ocean waves. At night enjoy the active downtown (5 min walk): JBs on the Beach & Flanigans & more! Beautiful & modern open floor plan, with luxury bath, chef's kitchen, private fenced yard with patio and entry. 2 parking spots right in front. Public beach access right around the corner!


    House rules:

    1. No loud music
    2. No parties
    3. Please check out by 11am, if you check out later, we reserve the right to charge $50 for every 30 minutes past 11am.
    4. All pets must be listed at reservation and we charge $65 at time of booking. Should a pet be in the home without a paid reservation or prior permission from owner, we reserve the right to charge a $100 pet cleanup surcharge after checkout. Service animals are always welcome and at no charge. You must pick up after your pets at all times.
    5. This property is a 2 unit duplex; please be respectable to the connecting neighboring unit. Each unit has it's own private entrance & yard, but please keep in mind the properties are connected. (The only shared space is the driveway area).

This property is amazing, super clean , a few minutes to the beach and restaurants, the property is beautiful these ladies have so many details , all high end decorations and so pretty , a wagon that you can take to the beach with everything you need! Omg, you don’t need to bring anything, the yard is great the ping pong table , so puppy friendly my Winston loved running around in the beautiful yard! Make sure you pick up poop lol , they even have bags for that and bowls for the puppies, kitchen is amazing , everything you need , and if you need anything just call them , they are the best host , the grill is brand new ! Well everything is brand new! ohhhhh, they left us tokens for drinks at flannigans ! I am not sure if I want to say that many wonderful thing because it will be booked and I can’t reserve ! Hahha just kidding! I love it! My mom is 80 I took her there for the week from Michigan and we had a great time but it would not happen without the hospitality we recieved from these great hostess! It’ was amazing, you will not regret booking this property!
