Fort Lauderdale House

Have fun with the family and relax during a company business trip and enjoy after a long meeting or workday at this stylish “modern cottage feel home” with Ultimate Wifi Speed. This home offers 2 bedroom 1 bathroom plus a bonus ''Florida Room'' that invites lovely natural light and beautiful views of the spacious private fenced backyard. Centrally located in a safe neighborhood, only 8 minutes from the beach, 13 minutes from FLL Airport and a few minutes to other near by cities such as Las Olas, Wilton Manors and other must see tourist places.

The space
Bedroom 1: Has a queen sized bed, 2 USB port lamps each on each nightstand, and a small closet with hangers. 42 inch Google Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Has a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed, a dresser, a desk with chair and a lamp with wireless charging pad and a small closet with hangers. 32 inch TV with ROKU.

Living room: 55 inch Amazon Fire Smart TV.

Dining room: Dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. Enough seating for 6 people.

Kitchen: Equipped with cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker and more for your needs during your stay.

Guest access
You will have the entire house to yourself. Free parking on the property’s private driveway/carport all to yourself. Comfortably fits 2 cars.

Please respect the neighbors and no loud music or noises after 10:00 pm No smoking inside of the house. No pets.

I like to give every Guest their own privacy and space so that they can embrace and enjoy their stay. However, I am available when needed upon the Guest needs and requests. I am also reachable via message 24/7.

Great stay

Great location, safe friendly neighborhood, generally quiet. The house was more than big enough for the two of us. The beds are very comfortable, good sized kitchen that had most things we needed. Jennifer (host) was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions.

Property just like the pictures show. Florida room a huge plus! Very quiet neighborhood. Less than 1 mile to shopping mall. Short ride to beaches & golf course. Hosts resolved 1 minor issue within hours. Communication with them was fantastic. Will stay again!!
