Perfect location and amenities for Ft Lauderdale Vacation!

We came down for my mom's birthday and spent a week at this amazing home with my pups. The back yard was awesome, the home is spacious, clean and well maintained. Carmen was a delight to communicate with and checked in several times to ensure we had everything we needed. WiFi was great for work and play and the location is ideal for getting any and everywhere in South Florida. We're definitely saving this as a favorite for future visits!

Everything was great for us. Location was perfect for what we needed, close to everything! The house was clean and very comfortable. Communication with Carmela the property manager could not have been better! So happy with this property!

Perfect In Every Way

My stay at SUNSHINE AND HAPPINESS was delightful. Every detail of my visit was attended to as I would expect. The property is bright and super clean. All appliances functioned perfectly and were immaculate. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom very tidy. I could tell great care was taken into making the property comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and low-key. For my needs the location was perfect, near everything I needed to do. I hope I can revisit in the future Laura
