"The room were not clean, I had to call daily to get the room serviced and even when it did get serviced they did the bare minimum! Made the beds! No sheets were changed no bathrooms were cleaned to counters were wiped bone of that! The pool was the same thing daily issue with towels! Had to wait hours for towls to be available, not enough seating if you’re lutyou get a chair! Overall the property was nothing like described. Very disappointed."

"The shuttle was prompt and easy to access, just make sure you have your luggage first before calling. I found the breakfast had many choices and lots of places to sit. If you are planning on eating there for lunch or dinner, there really wasn't a great choice. Nothing close either. You can door dash. Uber was cheaper than their cost to Miami cruise port. "
