NO COMMERCIAL USE
No filming, photo shoots, or commercial activity without approval.

LOCAL LAWS
Guests must comply with Hollywood’s noise and occupancy rules.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

Please respect our neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum during quiet hours. Excessive noise may result in removal from the property.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A $300 fee will be charged for smoke remediation. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

POOL SAFETY RULES
No diving or running around the pool
No glass in the pool area
Children must be supervised at all times
Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty
Pool equipment must not be tampered with
Pool is serviced every Monday morning.

BBQ Grill Use:
Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill Please scrape the grates and leave the grill in the same condition you found it.
