About this property

Cozy Duplex overlooking the water walk distance to the beach


  • This cute, comfortable two-bedroom unit was just remodeled with a new bathroom vanity, an entire floor, a new refrigerator, Flat-Screen TVs in the living room and master bedrooms, and internet. It is on the waterway with a dock and pool and an easy walk to the beach three blocks away. Also, walk to restaurants, a fishing Pier, stores, and nightlife in Lauderdale by the Sea. It is completely set up with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the view and the nearby beach.

    These are the initial products we supply:
    Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one liquid soap.
    Kitchen: 1 paper towel, a few trash bags, one sponge, one dish soap liquid.

    This unit is a DUPLEX with a pool shared by both sides.

    The homeowner reserves the right to change the unit as booked based on availability. All apartments have the same layouts and features, but some colors may vary.


    "The Rental Agreement must be handwritten, signed, and sent to us, along with a copy of ID for each person (18 years old and up) who will stay in the house.

    A refundable security deposit of $ 500 is required for the monthly rental

    We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.

    Because this is a Duplex we have a restrictive policy for dogs:
    We do not allow a dog in the pool area
    We do not allow a dog unleash in our property
