The house has a beautiful heated pool with spa, and large BBQ. It's close everything, but secluded enough to be private and quiet. And you have 100% exclusive access!

Guests have 100% exclusive access to the property. No areas are shared with anyone.

Other things to note
Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets.
Pool heat fee is $40/day. Pool takes 24 hours to heat up. If you want pool heated you must pay the fee for the entire stay.
Pack n'Play and high chair available upon request
TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you?ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you?ll be able to stream to the TV. You?ll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don?t provide streaming app accounts.
DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. IF YOU DO, YOU'LL BE FINED $1500 FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES.
No parties or gatherings.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
