We stayed 9 nights at the hotel. The hotel is fairly new and clean and the people working there are pretty nice for the most part.
We had trouble 2 nights and as a result we could not sleep well because of these 2 events. We first spoke with the Manager Eric who offered us a complimentary breakfast and 2 nights of free parking. He promised to have the music turned down every night and honor the parking cost as advertised on website. The valet parking is the only choice and is VERY expensive.
After the second night issue when the police was banging on door of guest across our room at 4:00am, we spoke to the General Manager Mr. Tom Snell who apologized but did not provide any compensation.
We were supposed to get a refund for an overcharge but we did not get it.
The hotel needs help as far as service as it is very inconsistent. We had to call every night for turning down/off the music and for room service, even after Eric gave instructions for our room to be serviced daily.
On the positive side, the hotel is well placed with a small walk to the beach. However you will need a car to go to restaurants around.
Overall, we would recommend the hotel and hope that the new Manager Mr. Snell will correct these issues and honor the refund promised to customers.
