  • Welcome to The Boathouse, a private waterfront retreat in Fort Lauderdale designed for families, couples, executives, and responsible groups visiting from out of town. This professionally furnished three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home sleeps up to six registered guests and combines resort-style outdoor living with the comfort and privacy of a true residence.

    Inside, enjoy a bright open-concept living and dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a chef's kitchen with Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances, Crate & Barrel cookware, and a dedicated Nespresso bar. The primary suite has a king Sleep Number bed, the second suite has two queen Sleep Number beds, and the third suite has two twin beds. Each bedroom includes a private en suite bath and smart TV.

    Outside, the private backyard features a heated pool, covered dining and lounge areas, poolside television, outdoor kitchen, putting green, and peaceful canal views. The private dock is ideal for relaxing by the water and may accommodate approved boating arrangements. Optional services such as a private chef, yacht charter, or local concierge recommendations may be available by advance arrangement.

    The home is conveniently located near Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale Beach, the Hard Rock, major highways, dining, shopping, and South Florida attractions. Free on-site parking and readily available rideshare service make it easy to explore.

    Important house rules: maximum occupancy is six registered guests. No parties, events, or unregistered visitors are permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Children must be supervised near the pool and dock. The garage is reserved for owner use.

AWESOME Home for My Husband's Birthday Celebration

Absolutely magical stay! This boathouse was luxurious. The temperature did not allow us to take the boat out, but waking up to the pool, with coffee on the deck watching the sunrise, was unbeatable. The interior was modern, spotlessly clean, and spacious enough to host a private diner for fourteen of my husband's friends for his 60th birthday. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great local tips. She even recommended a chef for the dinner party. The chef was fabulous! The location was perfectly situated—close enough for guests for the party to come visit from their hotels and we even visited the casino. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a unique, relaxing getaway and/or celebration.

Amazing Home Away From Home!!!!

We couldn't have found a better place to stay for our family for the week we needed to be in Fort Lauderdale. This home was so well equipped and had things we didn't even expect All the conveniences to make our trip so special and so seamless. This owner has the kitchen fully equipped including a coffee bar with coffee flavored syrups all variations of sugar, sweeteners etc. The beds were all sleep number beds and Casper pillows this owner definitely thought of her guest and how to make them comfortable The appointments and the taste of her decor is off the chart we cannot wait to go back we really felt like we were at our home away from home during this stay!!!
