Beach House 2 blocks 2 fishing pier and Beach!!!

Newly remodeled single-story private tropical vacation home. Just 2 blocks from Beach and fun. 3 bedrooms 2 bath sleeps 7 comfortably. Master has full bath large flat screen TV and brand new king mattress second bedroom has brand new queen mattress third bedroom has brand new full mattress and a twin mattress . Kitchen has all new appliances and it's fully loaded with everything you would ever need to cook with. Dining room has table that seats 6. living room has large flat screen TV Xfinity cable and high-speed internet . There are lots of DVDs ,board games, books and toys. the house has solid wood floors throughout. laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Outside the front has parking for four cars. Back of house has small screen porch. Backyard is very tropical with a large open patio deck umbrella and table with chairs and new gas grill. Side yard has private enclosed hot and cold water shower with clothes line for wet beach stuff. There are beach towels and chairs for 7 people. boogie boards, floats ,sand toys, coolers and umbrella +wheeled Beach tote. 2 blocks east of our front door is Deerfield fishing pier and 15 Beach restaurants. One block east two Island Water Sports where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards ,bikes and mopeds.1 Block West is the Intercoastal Waterway there is a small park with a dock and great Tarpon and Snook fishing. We are two miles from Dixie divers where you can rent diving equipment and they have dive boat trips twice a day. Once you're here you don't really need a car plus there's free shuttle at night to take you around to all the restaurants FUN FUN and LOCATION that's what we have!!!

Great Christmas Week Stay

My adult family had a great stay in this 3 bedroom home. It's walking distance to the beach, Deerfield Beach Pier, and multiple restaurants.It is also conveniently located just a block off the main road, so it was very quiet, with minimal traffic.We would definitely stay here again.It gets our highest recommendation.

Perfect location and amenities!

This house is in the perfect location—-walking to beach and numerous restaurants and stores. The house has EVERYTHING you need for the beach, which makes it perfect for any kind of group. We loved the outdoor shower too!

Wonderful vacation !

A group of four friends stayed for a week in this home. We found it to extremely well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation including beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was well stocked also. The house was spotless and the backyard had a table and chairs and loungers.The location is great with a few restaurants within walking distance and the beach is great.Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific location and property !

Clean well maintained updated old style Fla home with very private back yard. Two blocks to a beautiful beach and location is even closer to downtown bars and restaurants. Had a wonderful time and the host was helpful and informative

Dreamy Stay in Deerfield Beach

This adorable vintage bungalow was clean, ideally located, and well stocked for our girls’ getaway. We (3) were very happy with the easy walk to the cutest coffee stand on the corner as well as restaurants, shops, and the beachfront. The house had all the beach essentials we needed and the host, Guy, was very accommodating.

Loved this beautiful gem!

Everything about this Florida house was perfect great location, in the center of everything but very quiet. The house was well decorated and comfortable, check was great! Owner was great and very responsive. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Fantastic location, super clean home, will come back!

Beach home located a quick 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and all of our favorite restaurants like Whales Rib and Flanigans. The home was very clean. It had so many great amenities waiting for us - paper products, water, toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo, body wash just to nake a few. Listing exactly as it says. Owner very friendly. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Great stay

The town of Deerfield Beach was busier than I expected, but Guy's property was tucked away a block from the action. Best of both worlds - close to the beach but quieter at home. Guy was easy to get ahold of and made sure we had everything we needed. Outdoor shower was a godsend for getting sand off. A/C made the home very comfortable when we arrived home hot and tired. I'd stay here again.

Weekend Reunion

Father and adult children got together for a special birthday celebration. The property was extremely clean, comfortable and close to the beach, restaurants. Perfect for a short family reunion. Guy was very courteous, showed us the main features and made us confident in his being there if needed.

The house was extremely clean and maintained. Within couple of blocks from beach and numerous shops and eating choices. The host was very accomodating and provided many small items many do not consider from soaps and laundry needs to cleaning supplies.

Great location with everything we needed!

The house was exactly as advertised. Great location with everything we needed. The a/c worked great and was nice to come back to after being out in the heat. There were plenty of supplies in case we needed them. Anything you might need for the beach was provided, and it was just down the road and easy to get to. Unfortunately, the pier was closed for construction, but everything else nearby was nice and convenient. We'd definitely stay again! Thank you, Guy, for your attention to detail!

Absolutely amazing!

The reviews were right. This place is absolutely amazing! The house is clean, comfortable, very well stocked and in an amazing location. The beach is a short walk (even my 4 year old easily made it multiple time a day) and the house has just everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Within walking distance are several great restaurants, coffee shops and stores and the beach. Guy is a magnificent host. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place

We stayed here for 9 days . The place is probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at near a beach. And it is close to the beach! Short 5 minute walk and with the cart, towels, chairs, and the completely stocked house you really don’t need to bring many beach supplies. The place is very nice, great grilling area and the outdoor shower is hands down a great idea ! Guy is a very nice and an attentive host , we got a short walk through when we arrived which was very nice. We will be back ! 5 stars.

Great Place Great Stay Great Location Great Host

This house is located in a PERFECT location to walk to EVERYTHING!!! It’s cozy and comfortable and matches the description and then some. There is much more BEAUTY to this home than is listed. There's so much Love and Time invested in the home. Guy was very attentive, friendly and easy to communicate with. He made sure we had everything we needed and even things we didn't know we needed. We will definitely be staying again.

Everything walking distance!

What really stood out was the attention to detail on the amenities at this home. Right from the ability to park on the front lawn, steps from the door, the 4 Adirondack style shares for relaxation in front of the house, the very cool welcoming air conditioning and suntan lotion, shampoo, cleaning supplies in the kitchen, coffee, ice maker full, paper towels, on and on! Even water in the fridge. Comfortable beds, spacious backyard for relaxing, outdoor shower. This place was incredible. The house is a short walk (like 4 houses) to the center of town... and then another block or so to the sand. We met the owner and he is very personable and very easy with whom to communicate. An outstanding experience!
