Heated Pool! 4-BD 3-BTH House close to the beach and in the heart of Hollywood
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located amazing home. Minutes from downtown Hollywood, The Broadwalk and the Beach. The home has recently been renovated with new modern washrooms, flooring, kitchen and furniture. Newly painted and decorated. The home accommodates up to 8 people with its 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, 2 living areas and TVs in each room. Towels and linens are provided. Enjoy a large heated pool and sitting area outdoors with loungers and comfy chair. There is a shuttle that takes you around in the area as well. Enjoy winter on the beach and feel right at home!

Guest who losses or doesn't return house key will pay $50/key plus the cost for locksmith to change the lock
Dogs need to be walked and not use our backyard for doing it's business, all waste/excrement shall be picked up and placed in the outside trash bin
Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool, if they go into the pool an extra cleaning fee of $100 will be added for cleaning and sanitizing.
