Cozy apartment
This apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and had all kitchen and beach amenities. Lacking was that they didn’t provide any shampoo or soap. The barbecue needs to be upgraded! The renting company was very professional and responded to concerns right away!

AMAZING stay, location and property managers!!!
I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The managing company, Brampton park, was an absolute pleasure to work with. They responded within 10 minutes each time i reached out (and one time it was at 11PM as i had a question about parking). The apartment looks exactly like the pictures - is extremely clean and has great amenities (beach towels, chairs, comfy bedding, good kitchen appliances). It was stocked with enough toilet paper and paper towels for our 5 day stay. The best part is the location - steps away from the beach and amazing restaurants, cafes, bars, piers, etc. We could have walked everywhere if we wanted to. Overall we had an amazing time and will 100% book again when/if we go back to Deerfield. My kids (both under 5) asked "if we could live there" :). We all had an amazing time. Thank you Paul and Brampton Park!

Great stay
Property was very clean, great location and truly a short walk to the beach as advertised. All the amenities that you could ask for including beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, towels. Kids loved the bunk beds and the onsite laundry was great. We will definitely be back.

Great location for walking to the beach and restaurants
This is a great property. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, and we had access to most of what we needed for containers and cooking utensils in the kitchen. It was rainy and stormy during most of our stay. A family game would have been handy or a deck of cards, but not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again. I did not want to leave.

Excellent property and management
This property is perfect for families or other groups looking for a beach vacation in South Florida. The property is clean and appears to be newly renovated. It is stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy the beach. There are towels, chairs and umbrellas. The location is exceptional. The beach is an easy few minute walk. There are also great restaurants just a few minute walk from the apartment. There is a good nightlife with live music also walking distance. We had a baby with us and the apartment has a pack n play and high chair. The managers are friendly and responsive. We received calls with check in procedure before we arrived and they checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. When I needed to extend our trip while we were already there, they responded quickly and were flexible to work this out. I have stayed in other places in Deerfield Beach and this was the best!
