This spacious, entire home features 4 comfortable bedrooms: 1 with a luxurious king bed, 2 with cozy queen beds, and 1 with a full-size bed, complete with a dedicated children’s area. Thoughtful amenities include a high chair, pack-and-play, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable week in Florida. Important Note on Current Neighborhood Activity: There is ongoing construction next door and in the street (as of January 2026), typical for this growing area of Fort Lauderdale. Work generally occurs during standard daytime hours (roughly 7/8 AM to 5/6 PM, Monday–Friday), with occasional activity on weekends. Noise levels are usually moderate and subside in the evenings, but we want to be fully transparent so you can plan accordingly. The home itself remains peaceful, with the heated pool and sun deck providing a great retreat. Many guests enjoy the property despite this, especially with easy access to beaches and attractions!
