  • Spacious, newly renovated condo with screened terrace overlooking the inviting tropical pool. This two bedroom, two bath unit has new porcelain tile flooring throughout and completely remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, quartz counters, and appliances. Second floor unit is fully furnished with linens and all kitchenware. Washer and dryer in unit. Public beach access is less than a block away. Enjoy a comfortable south Florida get away.

Set thermostat to 76 degrees. Close and lock all windows and doors. Leave keys in lockbox.

Checkout is 11:00 am.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

30 day minimum stay May 1 through October 31. 90 day minimum stay November 1 through April 30.

Registration with the condo association is required along with $100 fee per applicant.
