Spacious, newly renovated condo with screened terrace overlooking the inviting tropical pool. This two bedroom, two bath unit has new porcelain tile flooring throughout and completely remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, quartz counters, and appliances. Second floor unit is fully furnished with linens and all kitchenware. Washer and dryer in unit. Public beach access is less than a block away. Enjoy a comfortable south Florida get away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Straighten the living spaces. Leave sheets and towels on laundry room floor. Wipe down all the countertops.
Set thermostat to 76 degrees. Close and lock all windows and doors. Leave keys in lockbox.
Checkout is 11:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

30 day minimum stay May 1 through October 31. 90 day minimum stay November 1 through April 30.
Registration with the condo association is required along with $100 fee per applicant.

Booked Again!

This property is better than advertised! It has everything you can possibly need to cook and entertain. Having in-suite laundry is so helpful. Condo pool and grounds well maintained and fun to use. Property Manager answered our 2 inquiries right away and this helped make our stay terrific! Already booked for next winter!

Great neighbors, nice location

We were very happy with our stay here. The location is about 2 blocks from the beach, and good access to both Pompano and Ft Lauderdale. Keith was a great host; although we only spoke once as he was having someone come by to do some maintenance. The condo, landscaping, and pool are all kept in good shape.
