Room type booked wasnt available upon arrival. Was offered an accessible room but no balcony. Then was offered a two queen bed room ocean view no balcony but accessible. Finally she found something King Bed as requested Balcony Ocean view...not accessible but a large room. Then we had to wait over ...

B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale Beach
Bathroom had a sewage smell. Sink did not drain well, room was freezing even though ac was off. Couldn’t put heat on. Don’t like the fact that cash is not accepted. Won’t stay here again. Was much better when it was The Yankee Clipper!!!

Red Carpet Inn Airport and Cruise Port Hotel Fort Lauderdale
Was told there would be shuttle service to the cruise port. They did not let us set it up early. When I got to the hotel they said the shuttles were full, ended up paying for a Lyft instead.
