"This is an excellent hotel with good, large rooms. Everything looked new and updated (room, bathroom). The lobby is large and is a good place to relax if you simply want some "down time" and do not want to sit in the room looking at the TV screen. The breakfast was excellent - waffles, eggs, meat (sausages one day, bacon the next), hot oatmeal, bagels, fruit, cereal, etc. All staff (front desk and breakfast area) was very freindly and outgoing. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"

"Most was fine with stay. Sadly in am when park opened most water parts were closed till later on making kids bored and restless."

"I liked that it is close to downtown Saratoga Springs. I did not like that my check in took very long because an employee registered another guest under my reservation. Ugh! I did not like that the room refrigerator did not work very well, and I really did not like that the curtains did NOT cover the entire window sill letting light in throughout the night and in the morning. I doubt I would stay here again."

"Parking was a breeze. Check in was lovely, the person checking us in was very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is immaculate, it smelled clean, and the room was massive. The food was great and there’s lots of other things you can do if you don’t want to gamble. They have a beautiful outdoor fire pit area as well."

"Great room, clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly, Charlie's restaurant downstairs is open for breakfast lunch and dinner and has a good menu with nice variety and reasonable prices."
