Dealings with the owner was prompt. Perfect location for our purpose. Having the garage was important, street parking was always full. Beds were comfortable. Property has everything you need.
Nice place to stay. Clean, good location, about 12 minutes to CSU. Easy check in / check out. Only one downfall - there’s a small family room with only a small couch - it was fine for us, but if you have more than 2 people you can’t sit and lounge. Would have to sit at kitchen table and counter.
My three sisters and sister-in-law were able to stay together comfortably and were able to get to CSU to watch our great niece play volleyball! We had all the amenities of comfort and home!

Zhibo’s place was lovely. It was very clean, spacious, and served our needs perfectly. He was so nice to deal with and promptly took care of a small issue we had with a tv remote. We loved the location of the condo as well. There are bike and walking paths right out the door and grocery shopping and a few places to eat nearby. Since it’s located so close to family, we hope to have a return stay.
Our family enjoyed our stay. Appreciated instant communication. The weather changed drastically and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat. Contacted property manager and was contacted immediately and situation was resolved. Very clean and perfect location for our visit.
We really enjoyed our stay. The townhome is very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the welcome note and snacks. We will definitely stay here again.
Excellent townhome in Fort Collins! The home was perfect for a friend reunion. We had short drive to Old Town and the CSU Tennis Center (where we caught shuttle to Mishawaka for a concert). The home is clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to groceries, coffee etc. Will rent again.
The house was nice and roomy. The house did have a musty smell, but it wasn’t too strong. We appreciated the kind note that was left with a bowl of snacks. The appliances all worked well.
This home was perfect for 3 couples! It was very nice to have 3 bedrooms with bathrooms! The beds were very comfortable and location excellent! Having a grocery store very close was handy! It made our stay in Fort Collins even better!!

5 stars all around-property condition, comfort of rooms, communication from owner, ease of booking, price, safe area, nearby shopping and food establishments, parking and super important-cleanliness!!! Just like home-our extended family of 6 adults and two babies would love to re-book any time as well as highly recommend!!!

This place was perfect for us for my husband's parents and our family of four. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a huge bonus, not to mention the washer and dryer! Also, wonderful little touches like the puzzle games and the bikes! We will definitely consider staying again on our next trip to Fort Collins!
We were in town for an extended stay awaiting the birth of a grandchild. The owner is very responsive and her place is spotless and very comfortable. Having the garage is a real bonus in the winter. We will be back!
