Old Town is a charmingly preserved downtown area that includes over 80 restaurants. The picturesque area was the inspiration behind Disneyland's "Main Street USA." Fort Collins prides itself on the plethora of restaurants and outdoor activities, a vibrant downtown and of course, our beer. Fort Collins is always full of things to do, no matter the season.

The property is immaculate and beautiful. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owners was easy! We’ll be coming back in the fall for a football game.
I’d definitely recommend staying here!!
This is a great historic, but updated, property that is perfectly located close to CSU and Old Town. Great access to other Larimer County activities too. Would definitely book again.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well-maintained home. The weather was perfect so we were able to enjoy the deck as well as numerous easy walks to Old Town and the CSU campus. The property manager was very responsive and provided us everything we needed. We highly recommend this property.
This house was in the perfect location- close proximity to the CSU campus and Old Towne. Had enough space for us to spread out, but still maintained coziness. Harriet was prompt in communicating with us. Perfect place to get away!
My family and I stayed in the upper level of historic home while in Ft Collins for a family reunion. Harriet was very communicative and accommodated us as my sister asked to check in early. It is tastefully decorated and the master suite is very spacious with a patio great for coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked. Hope to stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the upper unit of the historic home. We were in Fort Collins for a week long softball tournament and it was wonderful to be able to return to a home with all the amenities stocked. The home is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and short walks to the college, food, groceries and downtown. The communication with the owner Harriet is excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Exquisite!
This home truely is as advertised! Even better than the photos! Well-equipped and very comfortable. And you just can’t beat the location! We had a fabulous homecoming weekend with some old CSU friends and visiting our current CSU Rammmies! Thank you Harriet for such an amazing experience! Can’t wait to come back!
Wonderful house conveniently located to Old Town & CSU
We rented the upper unit for our family of 3 and it worked perfectly. Convenient to have 2.5 bathrooms too. We loved easy walking access to Old Town shops and restaurants as well as a quick walk to the CSU campus. Late night / early morning trains disrupted our sleep, but that appears to be a Fort Collins community trait & not related to our location. Hope to come back for a visit in the future!
We spent a few days in Ft. Collins after a wedding in Estes Park. This was a perfect place to relax and catch up with family members. The house is immaculate, tastefully decorated, the kitchens and bathrooms had everything we needed, and the front porch and backyard were great places to chill out. Off street parking was ample. It's located in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to Old Town, easy walking. Harriet was great to work with and readily accommodated us when our plans changed. We've raved to our friends about it and would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable home, nice finihes and furnishings, great location
Family of 4, we stayed 5 nights in the upper 2 floors. Very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, full kitchen with nice island and very comfortable living room. The location is ideal for a quick walk or bike ride to College street shops and restaurants. Liked the alley parking, the keyless electronic access, and the private upper level back deck looking over the beautiful yard. The bathrooms and kitchen all have high quality finishes, and a really nice gas range and refrigerator. We look forward to a return visit.
We stayed in the upper unit of this lovely historic home. We had the second and third floors, which has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We had plenty of space, and the unit was well-furnished with everything we needed for a weekend of CSU Football fun. We like to walk wherever we can, and this property is centrally located between Old Town and the CSU campus, which was perfect for walking. It's also a block off of College Avenue, which helps reduce the night time traffic noise. The host (Harriet) was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely add this property to our list of favorites in Fort Collins!
This house is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at during a vacation. We loved how well done the remodel of the house was that preserved the character of it as an older home but felt comfortable and modern. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated that the bedding and towels were good quality. There was plenty of space for our group (4 adults, 2 young children) to not be cramped and enjoy spending time in the house. The location is in quick walking distance to lots of restaurants around the school and a short drive to the main downtown area with easy parking out back. Our only challenge was preventing our 1 year old from climbing the (many) stairs but we knew that going into our stay and was easily managed by blocking the stairwells. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Ft. Collins!
Our daughter-in-law's parents were visiting America, from Japan, for the first time to meet our infant granddaughter. Knowing that they've never experienced the U.S or Fort Collins before, we couldn't have dreamed of a better place for them to stay than Harriet's home. This home gave us the opportunity to share meals together in the kitchen, enjoy the colorado sun on the patio balcony, share stories in the living room and embrace the Old Town charm with short walks to unique shops and restaurants.
The house itself is designed beautifully, with upscale remodeling and an incredible attention to detail. On top of it all, Harriet is a wonderful host that has created a space where friends and families can gather and create memories for years to come. We highly recommend her property and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
Beautifully Remodeled Historic Home within Walking Distance to so much
We rented this house as our kids (10 and 12) had soccer games in the area, and the house exceeded our expectations given the age of the home b/c the owner has taken such great care in renovating this home to provide a gorgeous setting. The kitchen appliances alone will make you want to upgrade yours!! We wondered what it would be like given we were staying in the top 2 floors of this enormous home (as someone else lives in the bottom 2 floors), but it was not any problem at all. We didn't hear anything from the other resident. And the instructions on how to get in and use the easy keypad access were excellent, so we got right in with no problems at all. Harriet gave us some wonderful food and hiking suggestions, and they were all fantastic!! Would stay here again!
This house is in a great location with easy access to everything. Harriet is super easy to work with and very responsive. Our group all had a wonderful visit to Ft Collins. Can’t go wrong with this property or Harriet!
