***Just added 3rd story apartment for bookings of 8 or more guests (sleeps additional 8 guests for a total of 16)!***
Only 5 blocks from the epicenter of Historic Loveland’s arts, eateries, entertainment, breweries, & dining, and more!
Full kitchen with counter seating, large dining room for entertaining, cozy bar area with dart board, office, and TV room with cushy theatre seating, fireplace, and large 75” flatscreen TV.
Gym area w/ spin bike & treadmill. Fully Fenced backyard with fire pit and comfy outdoor seating. Great for your furry friends.
