This 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome features a sunny living area with large windows, sleek modern decor and upgraded finishes that include a mix of polished concrete and maple flooring, quartz countertops and European white shaker cabinets. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living areas so that you can easily gather and share meals together. It is also just steps from the Poudre River Trail which connects to a network of trails spanning across all of Fort Collins and the surrounding area. Not to mention - we’re only one hour from Denver, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park!
