Talk about location! This 1 bed/1 bath guest suite is just a short walk to CSU and Downtown Fort Collins, putting you in the heart of it all. Start your day with coffee and breakfast at Rainbow Café, then explore local shops, breweries, and live music venues. Don’t miss The Mayor of Old Town, offering 100 beers on tap!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large backyard with a covered seating area, propane fire table, 4-person hot tub and a gas grill

INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV with complimentary streaming services, bar top seating for 2, board games

KITCHEN: Kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, kettle, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOM: ¾ bathroom with walk-in shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: 1 dedicated parking space off the alley

FUN FACT: This is a nationally registered historic home referred to as “The Sper House” after CJ Sper, a local harness maker who built it in the early 1900s.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here! It’s a close walk to Old Town, the bed couldn’t be comfier, and it felt like home. We especially enjoyed using the hot tub after long hikes. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Fort Collins!

Lovely Getaway

Really nice place, super clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved having the yard for our dog to frolic in while we hung out in the lounge chairs. Very walkable to old town and restaurants / coffee shops. What a lovely stay!

Cozy Getaway

This place was wonderful! It is within walking distance of the downtown shops & restaurants in a very quiet, well kept neighborhood. A cute, cozy space with plenty of smartly designed outside area for relaxation.The apartment was well kept, comfortable king bed and great bathroom space with large shower. With no stove just a hotplate & outside grill, the cooking options are limited but that is stated in the listing. The property host was very accommodating and easy to work with & responded quickly to our questions. All around it was a very nice space. We would definitely stay again!

Special Retreat

Close to CSU & old town amidst 100+years old homes and trees, this delightful cottage has a large fenced in yard with comfortable seating and a hot tub. A comfy king sized bed and luxurious shower, plentiful closet space & washer/dryer made our stay perfect.

Not close to Old Town

Not the place we booked, we wanted to be in Old Town but the host cancelled at the last minute. Stacy did a nice job getting us this cottage and it was nice, the hot tub was nice but not very private. Other than the distance from Old Town it was a nice place.

Great Walkable Location with Lovely Backyard and Hot tub.

Really loved our stay here. Parking and super walkable to downtown. Neighbors were quiet and it was a very clean and safe spot. Great amenities, pet friendly and a lovely backyard patio. Rental manager was super communicative and the owner of the property even said hi and let us know if we had questions he’d be happy to help! Would rent this spot again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do. Downtown Colorado state restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay there again. They had everything we needed and it was clean, comfortable very enjoyable and Stacey was terrific and responded immediately with answers questions.

Nice private guest house

New, clean and modern decor. Perfect for a single or couple. Was great as a stop over pn a work trip for me. Hot tub was awesome. Private yard with fire pit, outdoor seating and a grill. One parking space only. Grout in bathroom floor needs redone.

Wonderful Guesthouse

This guesthouse was just lovely and had a perfect location. Very comfortable, especially the king size bed! The outside area is well designed and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to old town, coffeehouses, restaurants and grocery stores. The property managers are very responsive to any question or issue. They were very friendly and personable. We enjoyed this propery very much and would highly recommend it.

It's great location if you like to be near the college community and all the things that come with it. Which we do. Many of the things we enjoy were a short walk or a couple minute car ride. The facility was well maintained and very comfortable spend time in.

Revisit Fort Collins

Fabulous property and wonderful outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was there is no central air conditioning. That typically wouldn’t be an issue but it was unseasonably hot!! There are air coolers but they are noisy and needed to constantly run to cool the space. We’d stay again- wonderful location.

The location is fabulous for this adorable home. Easy walk to some of our favorites (BlueBird Cafe, Thai Pepper, Equinox Brewery). Lots of communication with the manager, Stacy, which made for easy entrance and departure. Two items were unfortunate for us: hot tub (with extra charge) is small and only comfortable for two adults (we had 3) and heat was modest, and outside camera installed that we were not notified about.
