"Everything was great…except for the fact that I didn’t sleep a wink all night. There was a college sports team staying the same night that we did and they were so loud, seemingly having a party the entire night. I’m not sure if they were on the same floor as us or above us, but I could plainly hear everything they were saying, yelling, singing, etc. I understand that hotels probably make more money when they’re able to book blocks of rooms to schools like this, but some consideration should be made for other guests staying on the same night. "

"It was a very bad experience. When my girlfriend and I checked into our jacuzzi room we were excited to use the jacuzzi. We did get in pretty late about 9pm but figured we'd have plenty of time to relax before going to bed, we were wrong. After filling up the jacuzzi tub we tried the jets over and over with no luck. I went down to tell staff at the front desk because he wasn't answering my phone calls. He was on the phone with someone sounded like his girlfriend. He stated that the room shouldn't have been booked as the problem was reported the prior night for maintenance. I said well what the heck I want a discount then. He then stated no discount as he can get me into another similar room. I stated I would deal with the discount issue in the morning. Well after packing our things and heading to the new room. We find out the room keys would not work. So again I go down the front desk. He re programs the keys and says they should work no I try and no luck again! I go back down and he follows me and tries, no luck. He then goes gets the master and that works so he proceeds to mess with the room whole we wait. He comes back and says ok I've moved you to a different room again that the key does work. We fill up the tub to the new room and the knob is missing for the jets. So then we have to move again it's about 230am at this point. We finally got to use the jacuzzi in the new new new room. Moved 3 times! Called corporate in the morning said they would investigate has beenaweek."

"We had an amazing week-long stay here with our daughter on Spring Break, and thoroughly enjoyed each of us having our own bedroom and bath. I’m recovering from Achilles tendon surgery, so I grabbed the downstairs suite. My husband and daughter took the two upstairs. The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils, even though we didn’t do too much cooking. Too many delicious restaurants to experience and momma was on vacation. The area here is nice and quiet and only a short walk to New Belgium Brewery and Ginger & Baker. My husband and daughter took a morning walk down to the CSU campus and around the old town area each day. We will absolutely look to stay here again next time we come to Fort Collins. "

"This property was very nice and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Short walk to brewery. Greg and Isreal were very easy to work with! Highly recommended this house if staying in the area."
