C'k in at Comfort Inn, our room didnt have TV, microwave,desk chair and the toilet was nasty.No working phone in the room.The Lobby was closed, So have to call comfort Inn for the issues.Staff was helpful, changed the room for us right away.Apparently, nobody checked the room.The new room was ok.have what we needed.quiet, breakfast was good.Staffs are nice.

Room was filthy. Dust everywhere. Black mold in the washroom, on everything. Shower floor was gross and rough feeling. A previous guests lingerie was hanging in the washroom behind the door. Bed was comfortable. Would never rebook here again.

Your receipt is supposed to be provided by Expedia. We get paid by Expedia when you book directly with them; we get the amount you paid minus taxes and commission fees. So if you paid 90, we get 65-70 due to taxes and commissions. You may take the issue up directly with Expedia. Good day to you.,

Front desk girl was very pleasant and breakfast lady was so nice- the breakfast was really good! Eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. The beds are comfortable, room was clean all for a great price!

Ok for a night
We only stayed onr night on a road trip to Florida. The room was comfortable and odor free. Nice large bed. The only thing was the bathroom fan made a loud noise like it was going to break soon. The bathroom celing had mold and the tub had some where it was caulked to the wall. We didnt need to shower so it didn't bother us. There was soap and towels and toiletries. Good room for the price. The complimentary breakfast was stale and tasted a few days old. The eggs were sour. Coffee was the only thing edible.

The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The room needed a good vacuum and dusting. Fan in the bathroom did not work. The toilet ran continuously. The carpet was worn and in 2 different patterns. The bed was clean . The towels were clean. Would not stay here again.

This property was very run down! Bathroom was completely moldy. Carpet needed vacuumed. The ceiling looked like there was a huge water leak. Holes in the wall were covered with tape. Chair in the room had a broken zipper and was just foam with cover puller partially over seat. Phone in the room was broken and did not work. Totally disappointed with this Clarion property!

Front desk staff were not very nice. I was directed to park in one direction and because we were told that was where our room was and it was in the opposite direction right by the front door. No towels in our room so that was not pleasant and when I called I was informed that they had no staff to bring them even though I saw several staff there to do just that. We were charged extra for our dog but it wasn’t mentioned when we checked in nor was it on the website where I booked. I felt the staff could care less about us and cared more about their cell phones. My original post was denied so I had to revise this but I’d say stay here but make sure you have towels before you shower. Nobody will bring them.

Overnight stay
The room was not good overall. Lights didn’t work, ceiling had water leak marks. The beds were comfortable and nice. Breakfast was so so as they didn’t have stock of several things due to the holidays and companies closed. The attendant for breakfast truely made the stay worthwhile. She was extra special kind to our kids. Sometimes that helps made everything better.

I was annoyed last night when the lights over the bathroom sink in my room did not work. I was surprised this afternoon, several hours after check out, when I received a phone call from a member of the hotel staff who rudely accused me of stealing the light bulbs. A $20 charge by the hotel is currently pending on my credit card account. If it is not removed, I will dispute it.

You can not get to clean your room daily even after asking them. We got one maid to make the bed and leave towels once. She didn’t do anything else left my charger that was in my suitcase on the floor. The staff is nice service sucks I like my room cleaned daily. I ask them everyday to clean it they said we are under staffed. Today they cleaned room left no toilet paper. I guess towels can work if you can’t leave paper. The room doesn’t lock hardly closed but the is descent I would rent again but I’d bring my own towels and buy my on paper. im here for work so daily services is needed.

Awesome Staff
The lobby was updated, clean, and the staff was awesome. The walked us to the room to check it out. Later that evening after checking in, we had several dozen "workers" congregate in front my room and begin to smoke and consume alcohol. We questioned it with the front desk and there was not much they could do. The party got louder and we had to confront the staff about our displeasure and the issue was resolved and the party was moved to another location in the parking lot. We were very hrateful since we were driving all day and just wanted to rest. Before we went to bed gor the evening... a roach appeared on the floor. It was dealt with and we managed to get a bit a sleep because of exhaustion or we would have left the hotel.

The sheets had yellow stains on them and the TV was not a smart TV that I could broadcast my phone to like stated on the card on the desk in the room. However, the concierge was very nice and the room accommodated all my needs during my staycation. Thank you! I’ll be booking here again in the future.

Location and staff were great, but the room was terrible. There was mold in the shower and all over the bathroom walls and ceiling, the bed was made but when I lifted the comforter the sheets hadn't been changed. Also, as a solo female traveler, I had a concer with the door's peep-hole, it was scratched with something sharp from the outside, I would imagine possibly a knife or key. This is not only inconvenient but potentially dangerous.
