"It's in a relatively quiet and safe neighbourhood with good dining options. A Teleferico station is nearby which provides a convenient transport to the city. While my room had good views and was clean enough for an overnight stay, the hotel was in an urgent need for upgrade. In the entrance and corridors, the hotel had an unexplained and unpleasant odour. I didn't choose to stay for more nights."

After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room.
