"The staff at reception are really helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant is convenient and has good food options. The rooms are a reasonable size and it is easy to walk around downtown."

"It's in a relatively quiet and safe neighbourhood with good dining options. A Teleferico station is nearby which provides a convenient transport to the city. While my room had good views and was clean enough for an overnight stay, the hotel was in an urgent need for upgrade. In the entrance and corridors, the hotel had an unexplained and unpleasant odour. I didn't choose to stay for more nights."
