"Family run hotel. Pools are excellent , quiet and well looked after. Staff is great and very professional and helpful. Great location close to a nice beach and good restaurants. No regrets booking this stay! "

"Beautiful pools and property but terrible wifi, dishes were filthy. Requires car to get around - restaurants are within walking distance but the walk to anything, including bus stops, is extremely steep and requires that you are in good shape (preferably not lugging around small children). Property on exterior is lovely but rooms are quite dated. No cafes near by, but they offer quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever tasted in an expensive vending machine. Beer and prepackaged cornettos also...

" Staff unhelpful and rude, we booked 2 rooms a long time ago, unpon arrival they put us all in one room (4 adults). They had over booked, we were very upset, no air con and room was a good 7 mins walk from pool etc. After putting up a fight and whistling a lot of time they put us in correct rooms the next day, we had paid for 2 rooms and they did not accept responsibility for their mistake. Very disappointing. We ate in the restaraunt on the 1st night, a terrible meal for 20 euros each! Would...

"Vado spesso ad Ischia ma un ambiente così informale e familiare è una cosa preziosa e rara da trovare. La cucina della sig.ra Bernardina (la proprietaria da cui prende il nome l'Hotel) è semplicemente fantastica. Le cure e le attenzioni agli ospiti delle figlie sono impagabili. La simpatia del marito tipica del Sud. Se considerate anche l'ottima posizione, la piscina termale nell'ampio giardino, la camera vista mare semplice e pulita ed i prezzi modici...capirete perchè è stato un bellissimo...

"None of the picture's of this property are current. The hotel is in extreme decline. The lily pond with flowing water was not working except to breed mosquitoes. Our bathroom window was broken, there is no wifi in rooms. The pools have mold, extremely slippery tile and broken grating surrounding pool. The gardwns were unkempt and grass was dry and brown. There is no restaurant at hotel. There is no beach shuttle at hotel. Mask were not required while serving yourself from uncovered breakfast...
