"The house has lots of games and cooking supplies you will need. Hot tub was nice. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach. I would not count the women’s cave near the hot tub as additional bedding to sleep. It looks like people have been using it for their dogs to sleep. However, there is more then enough space to add air mattress on the floor. We had a great time. And the property is perfect for a large family or group of friends."

"We enjoyed the walks to the beach, 2 beaches, and the view of the ocean from the house. House layout worked well for our group that included 7 people as well as 2 dogs. Enjoyed hot tub together. Went to town one day, lots of games. Would recommend, except for very small kitchen."

"Nicely maintained and comfortable cabin with fenced yard nestled into old growth redwoods with spa, porch and bbq. No river access but about one mile to Johnson’s beach and a short drive to public beach in Monte Rio. It even has a horseshoe pit! Our King Charles spaniel felt right at home. Major items were clean but railings on porch had a heavy layer of dust and there were open chip containers under the dresser, which of course our pup found. :) Overall very quiet and relaxing stay. "This cabin is a real diamond in the rough. I hope it ends up on the market soon. The good: 1. location 2. the loft room 3. the views from the deck across the river the bad: 1. VRBO "host fees" that jack up the overall price unnecessarily. I mean, someone must be making plenty of money still, without these fees. and what exactly is the "host" doing if they cant even get the dock to be set up !? 2. the lack of landscape maintenance which inhibits the potential view that could be...

"This house was extremely comfortable for my family. Plenty of sleeping space to accommodate 12 of us. House was nicely stocked with linens, cooking supplies, and accommodation for the beach."

"We wanted a nice end of summer get away with my parents with our kids. The house is perfect! Two master bedrooms with full baths attached, one master room has another single bed (perfect for kids!) and a regular room across the house. The layout is open and bright with beautiful views of the ocean. The other side of the house is facing the hills and it was fun seeing the cows and deer roaming around. "We had the best time. Super clean house. Spacious. Right on the vineyard! Easy ubers to restaurants and wineries in the area. Beautiful walking paths. The only thing I would mention is that we didn't think about the house being on a working winery during harvest. The winery staff was very accommodating and there were no issues. We will be going back!"
