"I stayed for 2 nights here. Air-conditioner was a little noisy and not very cold. As I arrived late that night, I complained about this to the Front office the next day. They promptly offered me a much better room. I requested for an iron and ironing board and to my surprise, was informed that they dont have portable irons and provide laundry service.
