We stayed here during the winter. No hot water / broken hair dryer / did not have basic extras available. Blankets and pillows, rude manager. Cold rooms.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
Overall, the hotel itself was good. The housekeeping staff was not responsive, and did not replenish items even after requesting three times in 24 hours. Very frustrating at this level of hotel.

Sentral Michigan Avenue is not your average hotel but more like an apartment stay. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, even a broom & dustpan for spills!! Its a beautiful little place that feels homey. Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago
Very clean!!! Everything you need available in the apartment. Aldi store onsite. We also got the Chicago City Pass and this location was very convenient for all the activities we chose.
