Location was noise free. We have dogs was plenty of room for dog walks plus the outdoor deck was fully enclosed, my little female loved just sitting on the deck and watching the world go by. Beds comfortable, plenty of room for a large family. Patio furniture was showing its age, would recommend owners replacing.

Nice little fishing cabin

Great little cabin with easy access to all of the rim lakes. The driveway loops around so if you're hauling a boat then you can just pull though. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking supplies and tools, and a grill outside. The beds upstairs are a bit small but sleep fine. Just a few minutes up the road from Willow Springs and the turn off for Woods Canyon, Bear, and Knoll.

Cabin was very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the deck for our dogs and for relaxing outdoors. Needs some maintenance. Both toilets are lose on the floor and seats. Bedroom window latch is broken. Chairs on deck have sharp pieces of wicker arms. But overall enjjoyable.

Ad doesn't tell the whole story

Nice location and very quiet. Kitchen well equipped except refrigerator thermostat sticks and froze a lot of our fresh food. We did not feel like trusted guests i.e., Condiments included 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper, 2 loads of laundry detergent provided, etc. Upstairs bathroom is not very functional, especially the shower. Very small and not enough room to bathe comfortably. No power in bathroom and only one power receptacle in the loft. Beds upstairs are old mattresses with a foam layer added. Two outlets behind downstairs power love seat don't work so loveseat didn't work. AC/heating system controls were complicated and no instructions provided. Property Manager communication was sub par. We have been renting through VRBO for about 20 years and when the owner is not involved the quality of the rental drops.
