"The room was exactly as it was shown in the pictures — a queen bed room was perfect for 2 people, the A/C worked great, bathroom was great, and everything was spotless when we arrived. The lobby is quaintly decorated and clean, too. Staff was nice and helpful, fast check-out, free coffee and tea in the morning, and they even threw in a complimentary breakfast. Hotel is located in a fairly quiet area when it comes to crowds/car traffic, but I will note that it is next to lots of train tracks so if you sleep lightly that may be an issue (but it wasn’t for us at all). Fairly priced room, easy to drive to/get around, and there is plenty of free street parking (free 7pm to 7am then metered outside those hours, but very cheap) right outside the hotel doors. Great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting the area."
"The staff were incredibly friendly and I had a very comfortable stay. The bed is great, the Internet worked perfectly. The neighborhood wasn't as clean as I would wish, but that just New York."
"The hotel overall was great. New, modern and clean. We had an accessible room, which was amazing for my spouse who is in a wheelchair.
The area around the hotel isn’t the nicest. A lot of the properties are run down.
The entrance into the hotel isn’t great. There is not a lot of space for a car to pull up for dropping off. Was challenging with getting a cart, loading luggage, and navigating someone in a wheelchair. If another car would have been parked at the entrance I’m not sure what we would have done. The hotel also only has valet parking and it’s not part of the hotel. "
