A night without our RV
We needed a one night stay while our RV was in for a recall. We took the suite, so we could load our food in a full size refrigerator and able to cook a meal. Kitchen was poorly stocked with few plates, cutlery, no salad bowl and pots with missing lids etc…otherwise a comfortable room.

Stayed there. Three nights had two different rooms. I did not care for the mattress. Very strange feeling. Not impressed by the quality of the mattress. One room was a little bit better than the other.

Property was clean however it is a pet friendly hotel. Recommendation would be to keep specific rooms on one side of property for pet travelers. We had a neighbor next to our room that had a dog that barked randomly throughout our stay.

Average hotel. Disappointed with No maid service for a 3 night stay. Staff sleeping in their car on a night shift seemed odd & the front desk phone not being answered after numerous rings wouldn’t of been a big deal, if it didn’t wake me up each time. Also had to request extra blankets, even after putting in a request at time of booking.

I also apologize that you did not get housekeeping service and your requested items during your stay. I have notified my staff to read all guest comments prior to arrival and at check in they are suppose to ask if you would like housekeeping services during your stay. Typically if you stay 2 to 3 days we usually don't do housekeeping unless requested, but going forward my staff has been instructed to ask guests who stay 2 or more days if they would like service. The rooms were clean and scent free which was good for my wife's allergies. There was never anyone at the front desk. For breakfast one day there was no coffee. The breakfast was luke warm.
