"Front desk very unresponsive to requests. Didn't receive any housekeeping for one day even after notifying front desk before going out for the evening. Returned to find an empty liquor bottle outside our door in hallway but no housekeeping service. Informed front desk of warm room and asked if they could check the air system and was flatly told no. The second day offered an oscillating fan which helped somewhat. Worst lodging experience we've had in nearly twenty years of travelling!"
