The accommodation includes a fully equipped independent kitchen, a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom separate from the toilet and a south/west facing balcony (shared with neighboring apartment). Accommodation equipped with electric shutters.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the Résidence La Lauzière which includes 5 rental accommodations of different capacities. (From 5 to 10 people). Located at the entrance to the resort (right bank). 200m from the Soleil chairlift, sports shop and restaurant. Ski-in ski-out and ski-out possible 100 meters from the chalet by a blue slope and at the foot of the accommodation for experienced skiers. Private parking at the foot of the residence. Ski lockers and heated shoe room on the ground floor locked with keys (shared for the residence). Close to N°474 on the resort map.
