Magnificent luxury apartment of approximately 55m², delivered in December 2019, well laid out, bright with a large south-facing balcony offering views of the Aiguilles d’Arves and La Meije. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room, a master suite, a bedroom, a sleeping alcove, a shower room, and a WC. Electric roller shutters. One individual covered parking space for one vehicle. The apartment is equipped with single and double duvets. Located in the new Résidence l’Odyssée, with elevator and entry codes, situated on the upper slopes of the resort, directly on the ski runs and near the Tête du Bellard chairlift. Ski lockers are available on the garden level. Apartment #281 on the resort map.

KITCHEN: 4-burner induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, extractor hood, filter coffee maker
LIVING ROOM: Table for 6, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, and flat-screen TV
MASTER SUITE: One queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit, and washing machine.
BEDROOM 2: One queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm)
BUNGALOW: Bunk beds (90 x 200 cm) (Top bunk not suitable for children under 6)
BATHROOM: Vanity unit, walk-in shower, toilet.
Additional equipment: Washing machine, kettle, coffee maker...
Bed linen/towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. NO PETS ALLOWED.
