"My friend and I were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff at the property. The hotel is charming, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved our rooms. There is a wide choice of both sweet and savoury food at breakfast and fresh fruit plus a homemade cake every morning. Franco concocts a delicious array of cocktails at the bar at only 6 euros each! We will definitely return and I am recommending it to all my friends and family."

"So it was hard To check in because the address on the website is 14, but access to the B&B is through 16. The numbers listed on the front of #14 are non functioning. It was really hard to check in and until the host answered the message through the website we were not able to check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although no blankets were provided and it was very cold in the room. Stayed 2 nights, the host was very nice and breakfast was great!!!"

"This property is wonderful.. it's out in the country. Probably 20 miles from Saracusa, And that is what the issue is: If you drive to the property, no problem at all. But if you take a taxi, be prepared to exist on only the breakfast that they offer. The breakfast is wonderful, no hot food, but everything else you could ask for in a bed and breakfast-tyoe breakfast. But there is no lunch or dinner available. "This hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfectly walkable to Ortigia while still having access to ample parking options. The rooms were big, impeccably clean, and comfortable. Most importantly, Francesco was soo friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay as good as it could possibly be.
