"Beautiful, quiet, well-equipped spacious 1 bed-room very near Lake Michigan. Host was delightful to talk to. We had a very easy stay. We used the fire pit and the outdoor picnic table and umbrella. The kitchen was great, plenty of windows for air flow, lots of fans in each room, everything so clean and comfortable. There is a flight of 15 stairs to get up to the apartment. Bring your water shoes if you plan to swim as the shores are rocky. We will definitely be back!"

"Our first visit to Beaver Island and our stay here made it a very enjoyable experience. The location right near the ferry dock and town is excellent. The view across the harbor and bay is even better than the pics in the listing. We would highly recommend this stay and when we come back we hope to book here again. We own multiple short term rentals and stay at many, so we are very particular when it comes to other rentals and this one checked all the boxes."

"Lovely house on this pretty little island. We loved spending time here and enjoying morning coffee and evening drinks with a gorgeous view. The weather was perfect and the hosts were very gracious."

"Location was great; central to town. We loved walking to the local cafe (Wild Strawberry - highly recommend), the grocery store, and the brewery. The property does not have any AC, which is common on the island, but it was a warm weekend and the layout does not take advantage of crosswinds, resulting in a very warm bedroom each night, even with the fans running and windows open. The deck is shared as well which was a bit odd for us as we did not know the occupants of the other units. Some may enjoy the potential socializing but that's not our style."

"This property never disappoints. The beach and breathtaking waterfront views are truly exceptional, and the stargazing from the beach at night is simply unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to create lasting family traditions and cherished memories, I cannot recommend this property highly enough.Our family returns every August, and it has become a tradition that our children and grandchildren eagerly anticipate each year. Spending a week together at the Cleveland Big Chill on Beaver Island has given us countless memories.The host is outstanding and genuinely makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. "Everything’s very clean. Actually it’s spotless! It’s in a great location. The town is easily walkable from here and it’s right next to the grocery store. You literally could go buy a bag of chips in three minutes. Everyone is super friendly! That rental bikes, right downstairs that we rented for an ice cream and go to the beach. At the end of every rental, I always ask myself would I go back and it is a resounding yes for this location and this property!"
