Park the car and walk everywhere on Folly Beach. Small unit (250 sq feet) just blocks to the beach. However, what this place has to offer is location. Its best for solo travelers or couples looking to explore Charleston and hang out on Folly beach. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to 10+ beach restaurants in less than 3. As close at it is to the beach, shopping, restaurants; the street is very quiet; at night you'll only be able to hear the waves or someone singing/playing guitar in the distance. You won’t regret booking
This property is great. Clean, parking on Folly!!!, and easy access to the beach. The host was great and very responsive. Property was clean and perfect for 1-2 people.

The location was great, cozy space. Had a mildewing smell and thought the air conditioning overnight may help out. The next morning it was the same. I contacted Shane and he was very understanding. He was willing to give us a full refund even after spending the night. However, Vrbo only allowed a refund for days not there. Shane also contacted us a bit later to offer another space.

Great Location
Truly a great place to stay. It is small, but cozy. Maybe not where you want to stay if you plan on being indoors all the time, but this is Folly! If you are doing more than using this place to crash after a great day in the sun, then you are doing it wrong
