Nice property but needs some attention. Lights without bulbs, wood floor was sticky, I had to wash, the icemaker would not shut off, crisper drawer was broke, fan in MB didn’t work, toilet roll holder missing and all carpet needed vacuumed. Great location!

Family vacation

This was a quick stop on our family vacation but well worth it! Total of 5 adults. Easy walk to the beach, which had beach service for chairs and umbrellas. We were restaurants and shops get steps away from this condo. I will be coming back to this unit on our next trip to Folly Beach.

The property had a great view of the ocean and of people coming and going; lots of activity. It was easy to come and go as we pleased, and the very short walk to the beach was a nice bonus, too. I loved the size of the property, the cleanliness, as well as the various amenities. Enjoying an adult beverage on the deck in the evening with the sound of the crashing waves was the icing on the cake for me. The kids loved the accessibility to the ocean and pool, as well as the varioud shops pn the main strip. My wife enjoyed the local dining and the size of the individual rooms. Communication was great, too, and were already discussing staying again next year. My wife's sister and family live in nearby Summersville, and we would love for them to stay with us as well. Great long weekend

We traveled to Folly beach for a wedding . There were 6 of us so having three bathrooms was excellent. Great location, totally walkable to everything . Would stay here again, and would highly recommend this location.

Perfect condo

Me and three of my friends came down for a long weekend. We loved the condo! Very spacious and excellent location for food, bars, and entertainment. It also doesn't hurt to wake up, sit on the balcony and watch the ocean! Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV's are not user friendly for people who are not technology savvy. The pool was closed the entire stay and the reason I booked the property was for the pool access for my Autistic son.

Needs TLC! Okay as long as you know what to expect.

First, I called twice asking if the review saying, the couches and beds were uncomfortable was accurate or had been corrected and never could get it to return call. The couch is still very uncomfortable with bed so we’re fine. The balcony had tall chairs to see over the balcony easily. The beach view was great. We had a housekeeping issue and they came promptly and corrected everything. Overall, it was nice place to stay.

Overall this was a great stay and the facility was nice. Only issues I had were the parking spaces for this unit are not correctly labeled and the broiler area of the oven was not very clean at all.

Perfect Location

We loved the location and ease of walking the downtown folly beach restaurants, shops and pier. The view was great for being one street off the beachfront. Only critique would be the bath cabinets were peeling and carpet needs replaced. Did not stop us from really enjoying our family get together!
