Approximately 50 feet from the Atlantic Ocean, you can relax on third floor balcony watching and listening to the waves roll in, sun yourself at oceanside pool, or swim in the ocean. Folly Beach is a charming island town, just 12 miles from Charleston. The condo is within walking distance of dining, shopping, and South Carolina's longest fishing pier.

From the comfort of the master bed, you can see and/or listen to the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the large balcony is through the living room or master bedroom. The property is fenced and gated, providing you extra privacy and ensuring you that parking is always available.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* The Condo is Non-Smoking, and unfortunately, we CANNOT accept Pets.
* No extras for Holidays.
* Cleaning included in rate.
* Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday (except during winter months)
* Winter stays of four nights minimum available.

INCREDIBLE stay!

We had the BEST stay here! The unit was amazing- spacious, spotless, fully stocked kitchen and all around perfect! You can’t beat the location and the views. We could walk to all the restaurants and bars, and have the ocean and pool right there! We can’t wait to stay here again next year :) Thank you, Jerry!

Fantastic Condo, Stunning views and close to everything!Our Mother/Daughter trip could not have been more enjoyable, relaxing and rejuvenating. The Mom's had their own bed/bathrooms and we took the room with two twins and our own private bath. Perfect set up.We contacted the owner when the coffee maker wouldn't work and he immediately sent over a brand new one. We are already looking at staying again next year. LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!

Great Property for Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family vacation! Easy check-in process and covered parking was very helpful! Very clean and well maintained property, with controlled access to and from beach and pool area - which was nice with us having children traveling with us.

Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway!

Our stay at the property was great! We have young children so tend to stay at the beach and in for most meals. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with pots and pans! The rooms were great for storage and had plenty of room. We definitely would stay again!

April vacation

We had a great time! The condo was clean and orderly. We stayed here several years ago and liked that condo better - closer to the elevator and beachy decor. This time only 2 bath towels per bathroom, no bath mat, no tub mat - it's very slick, the tv remotes are a little hard to navigate.

Week at Folly

We had an amazing stay here, so much so that we even booked an extra night! This property was very well taken care of, the linens and towels smelled fresh and clean, furniture was clean, decor was cute! Jerry was a wonderful and very communicative host. We had a small hiccup with the parking passes not being there when we arrived (due to a fill in cleaning crew), but Jerry quickly responded and advised us on what to do to handle the situation. The location was perfect, just far enough out of town to not have to deal with any traffic, but close enough to walk everywhere. We were facing the ocean, while also having access to two different pools. Totally recommend and would love to stay here again.

Beds are comfortable and condo is well-appointed, especially with beach chairs and wagon. Owners respond quick! Walking distance to good restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend this place!

Relaxing Beautiful Sunrise

Being right on the beach was wonderful. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping area and play Pickle Ball. The condo was very well equipped.
