Adorable home

We loved staying at the Folly Beach Tree House! It was a very comfortable stay for 6 adults. The house had everything we needed for our stay. And we loved the very short walk to the beach and the convenience to Charleston! We would definitely stay again!

A great getaway

We loved our stay in this wonderful house. It's a very short walk to the beach, there is a tire swing and a tree swing outside and the kids loved that. Everything that you need for the kitchen is there. We will look forward to staying here again next year!

Lovely house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was adorable, full of everything we needed to feel at home and walking distance to the beach. We also rented a golf cart so were able to drive to the Center St. to shop and eat. We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this tree house in Folly Beach! The host was so accommodating and was great with checking in before and during our trip to make sure everything was perfect. The house was beautiful, clean and close to the beach. Do not think twice about booking your stay here!

We love the BoHo retreat. The house is so bright and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped; the beds are excellent. The “treehouse” guest room and bath are perfect for visitors too. Looking forward to another visit soon!

The treehouse was a perfect retreat for our family! There was plenty of room for all us to be together and also have the space for some quiet time if needed. This was a great house! If you’re staying on Folly, I would definitely recommend. Close proximity, nice bike ride to shops or the lighthouse in the other direction. My two favorite things about this house was that it was very peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very relaxing stay. The owners were also very nice and easy to work with.

Stunning and Well Appointed

This stay was WONDERFUL. I don’t have a single negative comment on this property. It was extremely clean and organized, smelled heavenly, was a great size for our group yet still cozy, and was beautifully designed and decorated. Perfect house to celebrate our daughter's graduation! Hosts are attentive to detail and communicate well. Fire pit, grill, beach toys, games and swings (indoor and outdoor) along with pleasing decor are extras that make this rental stand out. Easily fits 4-5 guest cars. Would rent again if we return to Folly in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved this beach house on Folly. Perfectly clean and comfortable and fit my family of 6 and small pups just right. Everyone had enough space to have some privacy but was also perfect to gather. The beach is a super short walk. The decor was a perfect match for us and we started calling it OUR beach house hahaha! We will definitely be back and for longer next time. The hosts did an excellent job!

A wonderful home, a wonderful find!!

We so enjoyed our time at the Boho retreat. The beds are super comfortable; the main living area is inviting. The outdoor space offers so many options. We spent many hours reading in the yard on comfortable Adirondack chairs or on the side porch. Also had wonderful meals on the screened porch which is a nice addition. Access to the beach is just across the street! The third floor guest suite is a wonderful options for visitors too. Look forward to returning in January for a month. Ellen & Michael

Perfection on Folly

This was such an amazing property. It couldn’t be cuter. It is well stocked with all you need. Beds are comfortable, air works well. The house became a big star of the trip as we had an overcast, windy week and spent a lot of time inside. We were comfortable and happy and our group of 7 fit well. The screened in porch was a favorite hangout spot. Beach access is just three houses over and across the street, very close! I have been coming to Folly every year for 10 years and this property is by far my favorite!

Best Stay in 25 Years at Folly

My wife was born and raised in Charleston, as was her mother, her grandmother, and even great grandmother and she has been coming to Folly since she was born, just as her mother had. So, we have been bringing our children to Folly for 25 years and this was the best place we have stayed in all that time. It is not front beach, which we did miss, but it is a great location close to the washout, the house is well laid out, comfortable, well appointed, clean, and most important to us, it has a good kitchen and grill as we prepare all our meals with seafood from Crosby's and produce from the farmer's market in Charleston. It is bright, airy, and easily accomodated 6+ dpending on who we had stopping by. We hope to book again next year and highly recommend it.

Perfect Beach Vacation House!

My family spent a Sat-Weds in the Tree House and had the best experience from check in to check out. The open living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and accommodating, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. The house and all the different features made the stay a truly perfect experience. I would usually find at least one thing to complain about, but I can't this time, because the house was so convenient to the beach, yet not around the traffic areas of Folly Beach and everyone in my family loved it. The beach was non-crowded, the water was warm and the waves were fun. WE would all recommend this house for a great location, great space and amenities, and all around coolness. We didn't need to contact anyone for problems at all, because everything was actually perfect. THANK YOU!!! Inkular Approved!
