Folly Vacation Laid Back Casual Beach Bungalow 209-B

Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

Completely new, renovated two-bedroom, one bath beach bungalow, located one block from Folly's busy Center Street where all the restaurants and night life are and only a short walk to the beach.

There is plenty of room to relax in this newly renovated two-bedroom, one full bath beach bungalow. The living area is comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a couple of comfy chairs and a twin-size daybed for just relaxing or additional sleeping. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy in the dining area with table and six chairs. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Each bedroom has a king size bed, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and custom cabinetry. The bathroom is full size with a large walk in shower and stocked with bath towels. The bungalow also has a stacked washer/dryer unit.

This home is 1,100 Sq. Ft.

The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play that come along. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is located 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.

Family Fun on Folly

This was the perfect place to stay while exploring the area. Walking distance to the beach and downtown. Had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Super pet friendly and comfortable!

Awesome stay!

This was the perfect house for our family of 4 (our kids are 8 and 10) and our dog! Very clean with all of the amenities we could have wanted and more! The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!

Great stay close to the beach

Enjoyed our stay here! The house is really nice and neighborhood seems really nice. Close enough to walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and other things. Bed was a bit hard but that’s my only complaint. Everything was really clean and had plenty of towels, etc. would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location

This beach bungalow was cute, eclectic and perfectly located. We felt safe in the neighborhood and walked everywhere from restaurants to the beach. The fenced courtyard and green space behind the bungalow was perfect for walking our dog.

Perfect Beach Get-away!

This house was absolutely perfect for our Folly Beach vacation! It was spacious, very clean, comfortable, huge shower, and in the perfect location for short walks to the beach or restaurants & shops. We loved the fenced yard with the outdoor sitting area. We could not have asked for more. Will definitely be back!

The cottage was everything we could have wanted, clean, convenient, with a cool Folly vibe. Bedding and towels were way above average for a rental. Property manager was very responsive.

Quiet and Clean

The house had everything we needed: plenty of linens and blankets, soap, etc. It was quiet and a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again. The cleaning fee is a little high since it’s small and we kept up, but overall great experience.

Fabulous Beach House!

Spent a couple of days at Folly Beach with my daughter and really enjoyed this house. Communication with the hots was impeccable!! Spacious and very clean and very close (walking distance) to several restaurants as well as the beach. Even though Hurricane Ian made the weather nasty we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Will definitely stay at this or another property hosted by Folly Vacation!

I wish I had known it was a walk thru gravel to reach the house. We are elderly and not easy for us pulling a suitcase. Did not spend much time at the house. Only for sleeping.

Great with one big exception

Even though the place is described as non smoking it smelled like an old smoking hotel room. They did bring an air freshener after I called but it really made the place hard to enjoy.

We are both global travelers ( Native German & Native Brit), hence stayed in all kinds of different hotels and accommodations all over the world. Hudson ..... deserves 7*******stars it is the Mandarin Oriental of Vrbo, there isn't really anything you could complain about even if you would look very hard Starting from the communication, over the vibe, energy & atmosphere in this lovely beach house. The interior design, the artwork on the walls the set up the availability of any kitchen supplies, an extra (hot!) shower outdoors, perfect to get the dog washed off after a day on the beach, the amazing walk through the green to the beach, the front loader washing machine, 2 showed in the bathroom. All the provided beach equipment, there wasn't anything missing. Everything is thought through to the smallest details. It was literally spotless clean plenty of towels, walking distance to restaurants and as mentioned to the beach - a quiet area without any noise easy to find and easily accessible with dedicated parking, WiFi worked just great - and for those who need it - living room has a huge TV as well as each bedroom. Nice little garden and sitting area outside, the communication was on spot within minutes. Folly Beach has its own Mandarin Oriental beach style

Cute, clean, and stylish little bungalow that’s a close walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our first time not only staying at Folly but also not staying “beach front” on a vacation, we enjoyed our stay! The outdoor shower was a great place to clean up after beach time. I would have liked a covered seating area outside rather than an umbrella at the table for the rainy times we experienced, but it wouldn’t be a reason to not book at this economically smart bungalow.

Fantastic Getaway!

This was the perfect cottage for my husband, dog and I. We loved the outdoor area for coffee, and drinks in the evening. The bathroom shower was great and the outdoor shower was a great addition, too.

This rental was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to all Folly has to offer. The fenced yard and location adjacent to a greenway and beach access made it even better; our 2 senior pups had a great time seeing and smelling their way around Folly! We would rent this property again!

Quaint

The property was extremely well located. Close to town and the beach. It was also great for our 3 dogs. the fenced in yard, green space out back and proximity to the beach made for a great time for them. The kitchen accoutrement was sparse, but we made do, and the bedrooms are quite small. But we slept well nevertheless.

Quick Trip to Charleston

Loved the property. The whole process from initial reservation through check out was flawless. Great location close to the beach and Center Street. Parking was very convenient which is challenging on Folly at times. The house was spotless when we arrived, beds were comfortable. First of hopefully 4 trips per year to see our Granddaughter for the next several years. Hope to be able to make use of this rental as often as possible.
