We had a great time. It is a very nice condo with lots of room. You can't beat the location, it's right on the beach and a very short walk to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and perfect location

We had a little bump in the road getting into the condo with the entry code not working, but they were quick to respond and get it fixed. The Condo itself was cute with its beach theme, clean and perfect for our family with each getting their own bathroom. It nice being able to walk straight into the beach.

Fantastic View

The condo was clean, had thoughtfully chosen sturdy furniture, and Folly-themed artwork. The kitchen was thoroughly equiped with cooking and eating utensils for every occasion. It was very apparent that a lot of thought was put into designing the condo for guests' every need. Best of all was the proximity to and the view of the beach. The sunrises over the beach alone were worth the stay! We will definitely be visiting again!

Beautiful place. Great location. Right on the ocean. Granddaughter loved to run from one entry way around to the other entry way to the deck One small glitch the initial passcode to the condo did not work. A quick call to customer service and he rectified the issue Would definitely go back hopefully in warmer weather quite cold the weekend we were there

Nice clean property

Very nice property for a few days of playing on the beach. We did have to call to check in because the code provided didn’t work but it was a quick and easy fix. Otherwise it’s a clean property within walking distance of a variety of shopping and food options.

We came here for a few days after Christmas for some rest and relaxation. The condo itself was great. It was clean and the views of the beach and the sunrise each day was beautiful. The access to the pier and center of town was all within short walking distance. Our only issue was the construction that was happening at the condo that was not notated on the listing. The work was very loud and happening right outside of windows in rooms my kids were sleeping in. We also left to go into Charleston one day and when we came back the workers were parked in all the parking spots notated for anyone staying at the condo. When I reached out with my concern about the listing, I was just told “sorry for the inconvenience.” I told them I had to park under the residence because all of our spots were taken and was told “please ensure you are parked in your designated spots.” Again, we enjoyed our time other than this issue. Just didn’t seem like anyone was concerned with my concerns.

February long weekend

Great location, comfortable beds, beautiful view. The check in door code didn’t work, but it was quickly resolved when I called the after hours help line at the rental company. The only negative was the dirty floors. Our 10 month old twins had black hands and feet from crawling around while we unloaded.

Great location- fun for the teenagers!

Had a great time- loved being able to walk everywhere. Condo was as described- needed to walk down a flight of stairs to access the beach but it was nice and close. Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). They had lots of "starter" items which was nice, little bit of oil, spices, salt/pepper, coffee filters, dishwasher/laundry soap. No extra garbage bags. Check out process was easy. Only glitch was that the electronic lock code sent in the email was incorrect but we called and they quickly fixed it and provided a new code. We had a great time!

We didn’t want to leave!

Everything about this place was wonderful. Our kids loved having their own rooms AND their own full bathrooms - and they also loved soaking in the jacuzzi in the master bath at the end of the day (as did we!). Everything was clean and there was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find. It was refreshing to stay in a rental place that actually had a comfortable couch. The most used part of the unit during our stay was the balcony - sitting in the sunshine looking at the ocean was heavenly (especially knowing it was gray and snowing at home!). The location cannot be beat. We walked the beach and the pier everyday and walked the block to town for food and touristy shopping. The drive to downtown Charleston was 20-25 minutes. It took 40’ish minutes to drive to Sullivan’s Island. We would absolutely stay here again!

The host was very responsive and full of helpful tips. We loved this place. Just sitting on the porch with some coffee or a glass of wine was so relaxing.
